Amazing
HHiva Journey “A Journey Beyond Destination”I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff made me feel very welcomed and were always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. All facilities were well maintained, including the gym, swimming pool, and public areas.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of hospitality throughout my stay.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers, and I definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

GGuest UserThis was our first hotel in Jakarta with the kids, and overall, it was pretty good. While it might not quite measure up to the Shangri-La, for the price, I think it offers incredible value for money. The kids' play area was decent too. I even saw a staff member meticulously folding towels, which showed a good attention to detail. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why kids weren't allowed in the executive lounge, but thankfully, they opened up a meeting room for us to dine in instead.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Jakarta. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making every stay enjoyable and relaxing.
The location is excellent and strategically situated, with easy access to all the places I need to visit. It is especially convenient for business trips, as my office is within walking distance from the hotel.
Another great advantage is the variety of delicious and affordable food options available just downstairs and around the hotel, making it very easy to find meals at any time of the day.
The breakfast is also impressive, offering a wide selection of tasty dishes to suit different preferences.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely choose to stay at this hotel every time I travel to Jakarta for work. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

However they checked me in early, offer a free ice cream/ ice lolly on arrival and the rooms were lovely. Not sure about the transparent pool though! I felt very self conscious being directly above the lobby!

DDr. AdamWe spent 4 nights here at this hotel. The location is great, foods are around the corner as well as a mini market.
The hotel service are reception are excellent. The room is clean and spacious. The room is a little outdated, but still good and didn't spoil our stay.
The gym is good with all the machines you need. The pool is decent size. Our stay at this hotel was very good and we'll certainly stay here again in the near future.

AAnonymous UserMy room booking was not available. There was only smoking room which I declined. I had to pay to upgrade the room to get a non smoking room. Not a pleasant experience. Cleanliness needs to be improved, some light switches were not functioning. The room was noisy from the traffic outside . Lobby is terrible, not like a lobby area at all.
