Ijen Suites Resort and Convention is a great hotel that left a very positive impression from start to finish. The property is very clean and well maintained throughout. Breakfast was a highlight with mostly local food on offer which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel authentic and welcoming. The staff truly stood out with their warm and genuine hospitality making every interaction pleasant. The surrounding area is also lovely and perfect for a relaxing walk in the morning or afternoon with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself comes with great amenities including a gym sauna swimming pool and cafe ensuring there is always something to enjoy during your stay. Overall nothing negative to mention at all. Keep up the excellent work.

Best in my Indonasia so far! The room was so spacious with the spectacular city view. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got a dedicated ambassador and everything was quick. The location is excellent. Highly recommended for your stay in Malang. The only improvement is bedding. The comforter was not very comfy and had stains. Sheets seemed fairly old.

The room boy team are excellent. The front office/reception desk officers are the most team that needs to improve. Even though, all teams area above average in general. The breakfast service also another that needs improvement because breakfast time is until 10am, however at 9am most of the menu are empty and the worst is all become cold foods

Whiz Prime Hotel was perfect for me. The location was fantastic where i want go restaurants and places to see near by. Thank you kindly to the wonderful staff for making my stay truly special.

The place is very strategic, lots of food around, next to it is also Alfa Mart. Suitable for those of you who are backpackers and don't bring a vehicle. If you bring a private vehicle, the parking is not very suitable because it is narrow, few and hot, even though there is a guard at night. Pretty clean with the competitive prices offered by trip.com. For those of you who bring children, the rooms are quite spacious...so the children have space to play.

I loved this hotel. The service was immaculate, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, so much choice and great quality in food and beverages. I had a really great stay. There was a little downside. The hotel could use a little revamp. For instance you could really tell the bathroom had seen better days. That was a little sad for such a great accommodation.

The service is very friendly,,,,hopefully there will be an elevator soon...the rooms are clean, more spacious than other hotels, what was unexpected is that there is a small pool 😍

Good hotel, a bit out of the town, room is big and comfortable, room is decorated with nice contemporary look.
