"Check-in experience was quite disappointing. We were initially given a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking, and were told to upgrade with an extra charge as no rooms were available on that floor. It was late at night and cancellation wasn’t possible, so we had to proceed. Unfortunately, the new room also had issues with the air-conditioning, making the stay uncomfortable. After a long day, we just wanted to rest, so we didn’t further complain. Overall, the experience was rather underwhelming and could have been handled better."

Nice location, comfort room, we booked connecting room and it's a great room! The only suggestion for the hotel, to provide pool towel and changing room, because if twe travelling with kids, they looking for pool, and it's not nice to using the room towel. Hope they will look into this matter. Breakfast food is good, and tasty, even the speed of refill very slow. Overall very good experience and recommended for a travellers who is looking to comfort stay. Aside, for traveller looking for a bright lighting in the room it's not recommended, because they only provide limited lighting in the room, more quite n a bit dark lighting in the room also the parking space is limited.

Overall, the best! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a doorman, the receptionist is friendly, and the room is clean. My only minor complaint is that it's not very soundproof, so I could hear the housekeeping staff cleaning the room next door. Other than that, everything else was great. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious, and the location is strategic. I've even been able to check in early without any extra charge before. I've stayed here many times and will likely continue to be a regular guest. Keep up the excellent work! 👍

Pure ShunNo hair dryer and the electricity is not stable. No common area for eating my birthday cake or any special for birthday. Needless to say, the television is full of snow flower. Yet, the location is excellent within 40 mins to the international airport.

boon22Room is clean with all amenities including a safe box but is small. Some distance away from major happenings except the malls( Cambridge/Sun plaza), which also need 15-20 min walk. Breakfast is not good. Parking is provided though.

ItchyButtA place that has passed its prime...A decent place for the price paid. No complaints about that.. Great superb location to everywhere.. between 2 hospitals ...and walkaway from malls.. still recommend to take a trike or grab a car .
About the hotel...
Receptionists were friendly and attentive
2 last elevator to reach floor
Rooms are super spacious a king and a twin
Have 2 toilets... So no need to scream and shout for a spot
But sad thing...
Place is poorly maintained
Pillows past their shelf life.
Toilet floor are slimy... It's a dry toilet I know but cleaning it with water and the smell.. uhh don't get me to start.. sewer smell plus pee smell.. uhhh not a fan.. have to buy moth ball and fresher to make it smell good
House keeping... Shall not say much.. not the best. Don't know if they sweep or mop the floors ..
So if location is a thing.. a good place to stay if u are not fussy. A decent place that's pasted it's prime

Trip.com is bad rating 8.5 / 10 for cleaningness. My children entering hotel request to change hotel. Badly cannot change hotel. Trip.com simply promoting a hotel without audit another word blindly recommendation. The picture show tidy and clean and comfort but end up my children told me the bedsheet supposed to be white but in actually is grey.
