Spa hotels in Al Khobar

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

The room was quite large, but the facilities were old and had a slight odor. The blankets were thin, but the bed was very soft. The service and breakfast were quite good 👍, but they were about the same every day. It's close to the beach!

Every time I go to this hotel, I can often upgrade to a suite, very comfortable

Habeth was a receptionist, late in Shoi, when we asked for a plus-cap, and the beach, Mo was clean, the hotel was clean, the rush was sweeping, the elevators were more, and the Egyptian children were walking and disturbing.

It was a wonderful two nights to stay here because atmosphere was a great and beautiful building. I highly recommend it to stay here.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. High price and elegant hotel. An enjoyable stay by all standards

Even though it's an older hotel, it still maintains its charm and the furnishings are clean. That's why it's always my first choice in Al Khobar. There are a few minor issues that could be easily addressed, such as the very low water pressure in the bathrooms, both at the sink and in the shower area. Additionally, there were no prayer mats in the rooms and some personal amenities like toothbrushes were missing. The breakfast needs more focus on typical breakfast items, rather than dishes that feel more like lunch, such as rice.

Frankly serving and treating them as a gentleman, like the bed observation, the bed position is uncomfortable, the beach needs to clean up the stone, the grass and the chairs of the sun a few times.

Was a scenic resort with access to family waterpark, but lacking in options for food, do had to order from outside, which seemed acceptable. Breakfast option was not worth the price, would highly discourage anyone from taking breakfast option. For sports, there is nets and goals for football, but they charge for renting balls. Best to bring your own sports equipment such as badminton, volleyball, football, squash, tennis, etc.

Overall, the hotel is nice with a great location and lovely views of the gulf. However, there are a few minor issues that unfortunately brought down my rating. For instance, the hotel's exterior windows weren't clean, which affected the sea view. Also, the club lounge didn't offer services like hot water for tea or a coffee machine. Furthermore, the suite was below expectations, and room service didn't clean the room. The health club felt more like a 4-star hotel's facility. Despite these points, its location is good, the reception was welcoming, and the restaurants offered good quality and variety.
