"Pros: Beautiful accommodation with lots to see and many great photo opportunities. The service was excellent and impressive. The Khanom Krok (Thai coconut pancakes) were delicious. Areas for improvement: Cleanliness. The pool area had a considerable amount of bird droppings, which caused an unpleasant smell. The ceiling panel in the bathroom didn't close properly. The sofa in the suite had a musty smell and stains. The breakfast selection was limited, and the rice porridge was too watery."

We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

The Loft room is spacious and clean, and Toscana Valley itself is a beautiful and pleasant place. However, there are a few things that made our stay less than ideal. The room is very dim; the main lighting comes from floor lamps and small wall lights. There are also very few power outlets, almost none on the second floor. Some outlets are occupied by the floor lamps, making it difficult for a family of four to charge phones and tablets simultaneously. We even had to plug in the kettle near the bed and place it on the floor. The air conditioner on the second floor is right next to the bed and quite noisy. Furthermore, there's only one bathroom for the entire Loft. If you're a family of four, it might be more comfortable to book two separate rooms. Aside from these points, everything else was enjoyable: it was clean, spacious, and the grounds are very beautiful. The breakfasts were good.

We live in Bangkok and travel to Khao Yai periodically basically to relax and enjoy the clean air and play golf. Toscana is one of our favorite place. This time we decided to stay at Toscana valley as it gives an excellent opportunity to the Town square amenities and restaurants and easy access to the golf course.  We were again very satisfied with the service starting from reception to room service. Breakfast had a very good spread. The food spread and quality of food both at Town square and the club house is of a high standard.

The accommodation was very clean and incredibly peaceful. Going during the low season meant ultimate privacy. The staff were lovely and provided great service. It would be even better if I came during winter; that would be incredibly comfortable. But coming when it's not busy, I truly felt well-rested. I really liked it!

Completely independent room, very quiet, but the location is too remote, it is not convenient to go out for dinner, the location is not easy to find, if you don't drive, you can't go there. Except for the staff, I didn't see anyone during the two days I stayed in the hotel, but the staff were very enthusiastic and their English level was also good.

There was a problem with the hot water in our room on the day we checked in, so we couldn't shower, but everything else was great. The meals at Salsa were excellent; we could order six items for breakfast, but four were more than enough for us. The hotel's landscape design is top-notch.

Le Monte is in a good location, not far from major attractions and easy to get around. The room is clean and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. However, the corner of Building B near the parking area does not smell very pleasant. The fitness center has sufficient equipment, and the weekday breakfast (selected from a menu) is tasty with a wide variety of choices.
