I recently stayed at this wonderful resort, and it was a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. The young and friendly staff consistently wore smiles, even as we lingered in the restaurant well past its supposed closing time of 10:30 pm. Their unwavering friendliness left a lasting impression on us. The thoughtful touches included a complimentary afternoon tea with a variety of drinks and snacks, a hand-drawn goodnight note prepared by the staff, and the delightful surprise of a birthday cake. These gestures made us feel truly special. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

I recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

The location is quite into the valley but a nice place for sure. The mall/Square around the establishment have restaurants, cafes, etc. Unique hotel but more preferably for family or travellers who have their own vehicles. Nonetheless, we love the room and the service rendered by the staff. Would love to visit again in the future.

We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

The Loft room is spacious and clean, and Toscana Valley itself is a beautiful and pleasant place. However, there are a few things that made our stay less than ideal. The room is very dim; the main lighting comes from floor lamps and small wall lights. There are also very few power outlets, almost none on the second floor. Some outlets are occupied by the floor lamps, making it difficult for a family of four to charge phones and tablets simultaneously. We even had to plug in the kettle near the bed and place it on the floor. The air conditioner on the second floor is right next to the bed and quite noisy. Furthermore, there's only one bathroom for the entire Loft. If you're a family of four, it might be more comfortable to book two separate rooms. Aside from these points, everything else was enjoyable: it was clean, spacious, and the grounds are very beautiful. The breakfasts were good.

Absolutely love this place! There really is no need to leave the premises as they have a wide range of offering. A typical stay can look like this: 1. Lovely breakfast at the restaurant by the pool 2. Take a walk around the grounds of their on-site golf course 3. Drive any of their cute, vintage vehicles 4. Or go back in time and ride a horse instead 5. Chill out at the amazing pool area with fountains, kids section and jacuzzi jets 6. Chill at Trot Cafe, watch, feed or pet farm animals 7. Visit the clubhouse (this we are to try in the next visit) 8. Order some afternoon drinks/snacks in the pool bar 9. Play mini-golf 10. Watch movie night on the big screen by a small pond in front of the Italian restaurant Ohh did i mention they have a golf course, gym, Japanese restaurant. Rooms are lovely as well, set up in a classic European style, and have free mini bar. Each stay is just wonderful. Staff are all friendly. 10/10 for us.

The hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid. I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby. The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy. I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same. Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved.

Giving 5 stars across the board for Roukh Kiri Khao Yai! First off, the room was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great, convenient for getting around yet still feeling peaceful. As for the service, I was impressed right from check-in. The food was delicious and really hit the spot. It was definitely worth it for a relaxing getaway.

Very excellent service. The front desk is very informative and helpful with thoughtfulness! We really enjoyed the moment during our stay there with their high range of security and privacy reserve area for customers, we satisfied that.

There was a problem with the hot water in our room on the day we checked in, so we couldn't shower, but everything else was great. The meals at Salsa were excellent; we could order six items for breakfast, but four were more than enough for us. The hotel's landscape design is top-notch.
