"The hotel is conveniently located in Waterfront City, making it easy to travel to both Cat Bi International Airport and Hai Phong city center. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, while the swimming pool and restaurant met my expectations for a hotel of this standard. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the service, especially at the front office. Although the hotel was not particularly busy during my stay, the staff did not appear very welcoming, and greetings were often missing. There was also no luggage assistance upon arrival. When I asked about the possibility of a late check-out, the front desk responded in a rather inflexible and unfriendly manner, which left a disappointing impression. In addition, no one asked whether I was a One Harmony member or informed me of any applicable member benefits. On a positive note, the security staff were excellent—very proactive in guiding me to the parking area and providing clear directions, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the hotel’s facilities and location are solid, but a warmer and more guest-oriented service culture would significantly enhance the overall experience."

I had an amazing stay at this clean and spacious 2 - bedroom apartment. It was the perfect choice for our trip with two couples. Everything we needed was right there in the apartment, making our stay incredibly convenient. The location is truly outstanding. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. We could easily grab a delicious meal or pick up essentials without having to travel far. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling in a group of two couples. It offers a comfortable and hassle - free experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place was quiet and relaxing, especially compared to the busy center of Cat Ba. The room was simple but clean, and the pool was a nice bonus after being outside all day. There’s also a small garden area that’s really nice for chilling in the evening, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, so bring some mosquito spray. Staff were friendly and everything went smoothly overall

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and overall I had a very good experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The only area that could use some improvement is the guest rooms, which feel a bit dated and would benefit from a renovation. There’s a noticeable contrast between the modern appearance of the hotel and the older style of the rooms. That said, the room was comfortable. The bed was great, the shower worked well, housekeeping was reliable, and I had no issues during my stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options that were consistent every morning. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, and it absolutely met my expectations. It’s well-equipped, open 24 hours a day, and it ended up being the facility I used the most during my stay. The swimming pools also looked large and well-maintained, although I didn’t have the opportunity to use them. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.

The common areas, from the lobby to the elevators, sparkled with cleanliness, and the landscaping outside was pristine, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any request, whether it was extra towels or local dining recommendations. The front desk team greeted me with genuine warmth, and housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Even the maintenance crew was prompt and discreet, keeping everything in top shape without disrupting guests. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, adding to the overall delightful stay. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and fully equipped, including a washing machine, etc. The breakfast vouchers are very useful, which is excellent. The front desk service is good, and I would highly recommend it.

The location of this hotel is really good. It has a private beach, two outdoor swimming pools, and a coastal plank road, which is picturesque. The boss is Taiwanese, which is good. But the bed in the room is too hard, the pillows are very high, there are only one-slip slippers, oh my god, it's all bruises, I can't sleep well at night, it won't work, please improve it quickly.

The best hotel in Cappadocia! The staff service was top-notch, and their responsiveness was excellent. The location itself was superb, and the breakfast was fantastic. The gym is okay if you're looking for bodyweight exercises or dumbbells (though there's a Chris Bumstead video playing on the wall... it's just not possible with the facilities provided). But it's fine for temporary use. The pool: PERFECT!!! Even in the cold January weather, the indoor pool was enjoyable enough (why there's a foot volleyball court or ping-pong table in the middle of the pool is a mystery...). The game room: Just skip this one... it has old games, and some are broken. The kids' room: Don't expect the kids to play there for a long time. However, the location and view are a solid 6/5, which makes it totally deserving of a 5-star rating overall.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

We had a great stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view and even a bonus of a sunset. We had a mini fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. We stayed at room 801. Our hotel manager was amazing and gave us lots of tips. Plus he sells tours too which made everything much easier. We booked the 1 night 2 day cruise. Breakfast was delicious you have choices sweet or savory and we got omelette with veggies and a fresh baguette. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Clarissa from CANADA.

The location is fairly good as it’s just a few minutes walk to the main street. The rooms are alright but the decoration is a bit dated. We were not very happy with the fact that we can’t use the pool in building 2 because we were in building 1.
