Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown

Old hotel near by the train bridge.noisy.squeaky floor,whole family woked by last customer’s 6am alarm.horrible experience after all.

Great stay! Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice with a very good bathroom. Some great breweries and restaurants near by.

This was my third night at Indigo this week which one was comfy and well appointed warm. It's a shame the restaurant is an open for breakfast, but the coffee bar makes great coffee. Looking forward to next visit with the restaurant open.

What a beautiful historic building with minders updates and great amenities. They were so kind and helpful. Good breakfast as well! I will definitely be staying here again.

The building is absolutely beautiful, inside is even more elegant than outside! Everything was pretty modern except no microwave nor a mini fridge, also it’s an old building, I get heating issues but it took over overnight to make our room temperature warm (68 upon entering) finally at 7am 72. Set at 75. Also what they forget to tell you is there is a secret 100 deposit on top of an already paid for room that they spring on you at check in. Also 30 to park your car in their garage, no parking lot and you can’t pay to park unless you want to walk 4/5 city blocks and pay over 25 for parking, across the street unfortunately is a “tent city” parking lot with a bunch of not so friendly people! One and only time staying! Beautiful building, friendly and polite employees, shady business and area all together! Wouldn’t not have stayed at this hotel had we known about all the “ hidden extra deposits”.

Overall our stay was good. The staff were lovely and the rooms were nice, however the bathroom could definitely use a good cleaning. The location of this hotel was not great, was in a sketchier part of town and right next to a train that passed every hour through the night. The side walk in front of the hotel was covered in shattered glass from car windows being smashed. However they do offer a valet parking service so your car does not have to be left on the street, but it was quite pricey.

The hotel itself is clean. The staff was great. The surrounding area was a little scary. No free parking. The train is a block behind the hotel and runs often. The view from our window was a dirty alley.
