Check in was terrific. Customer service listened and put us in a nice quiet area since we had an early start to our day and wanted plenty of rest. Room was clean and comfortable.
Check out was simple and staff was nice.
HOWEVER, Got home and saw a $6 charge come through. When I called to ask what it was for, I was told that waters from room were missing. This is the second time happening at a Hampton inn. We did not need, want, or take the waters and I was upset that it was our word against cleaning staff. I feel scammed. Next time we check out of a hotel, I guess we'll bring the waters to the front desk so they know we didn't take the waters. It was not a nice feeling to have been accused of something that we did not take.
I later found out that two other families staying that night were also charged for waters they did not take. All of this is just not right. Doesn't leave a nice feeling or make me want to go to another Hampton inn if this repeatedly happens.
