Room was with solo traveler and comfy and clean.

Check-in was smooth, but I requested a quiet room as I needed rest for a test, and was given a room right in front of the elevator. It was very noisy all night and I couldn’t sleep. The room also had a connecting door to the next room, which could not be opened from my side but made me feel unsafe, as I was unsure if it could be opened from the other side. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

Strategy location, near the centra train station. Despite small room, everything is very good. just 5 minutes walk to the centra station.

It's a comfortable experience ! The staff are friendly and kind. The room is clean ,but a little bit small. it is impossible to total open 29-inch luggage in the room.

The hotel is very close to the central train station, just a 5-minute walk, which makes transportation incredibly convenient. Despite its central location, the surroundings are very quiet. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent.

Good location, but facility was pretty average. Could significantly improve on cleanliness as dirt on carpets, floor, corners and elevator was clearly visible. Also could not connect Room TV to wifi hence couldn’t use Kayo and Air Play as I was hoping to watch footy. Food options at hotel bar/restaurant was very limited as well.

It's a good hotel to choose in Brisbane.

Overall is good but a bit dusty… something in the toilet loose . Scare to put my stuff on it .

Amazing service, friendly staff, easy check in and free late checkout for new members. 100% would reccomend. Best hotel I've been to in a while.
