"Room was clean, fresh, and the location is great. One thing left a bitter taste though. I arrived in a business jacket and had a lovely chat with the receptionist at check in. Then she asked to verify my ID with a passport or driving licence. I said driving licence, and was told it had to be an Australian one, as they could not accept an international licence. This was clearly assumed based on my accent, even though I have lived in Australia for 26 years and been an Australian citizen for 20 of them. I would normally let this go. But it would have been better if the receptionist waited to see which licence I actually handed over, before jumping to conclusions based on how I sound. Aside from that, a genuinely lovely stay. Just a small moment that took the shine off an otherwise great experience."

"We stayed overnight and from someone who is fairly fussy I found the accommodation very good. We had two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ensuite bathroom was a little bit impractical being quite small and toilet behind the door. Main bathroom was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen clean and practical. My negative comment was the outdoor table which was sticky and we needed to clean it. We stayed on the 11th floor and if we got a room as good the next time would happily stay again. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had a couple couple of minor issues with getting into the apartment and finding the parking which was a liile unclear to us regarding "lower garage ", It was noisy on a Monday morning and I woke to the sound of a jack hammer. Still people need to earn a living! "

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The room was clean and tidy, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was consistently stable. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in and check-out very efficiently. They were also quick to respond to any requests. The facilities were well-maintained, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone traveling!"

"Bit of a rabbit warren to find the apartment. Receptionist walked us there via two car parks. What she didn't point out as we were passing through was the location of the rubbish and recycling bins, where you are expected to dump your own bins. Also no mention that the dishwasher needs to be emptied and everything put away before checking out...or there's a $200 cleaning fee. Beds were alright, comfortably if a little dippy. Couches in the living room were tired and stained. Bathrooms dated, but exceptional water pressure. Nice courtyard, good laundry facilities and the pool and surrounds are very nice and well maintained. There is an assumption that you will have a car. No mention anywhere that the number 30 bus is free, a 5 minute walk away and will get you to the CBD in under 15 minutes. If you are walking you will understand why the suburb is called Spring Hill. There's a Woolies Metro down the road and a small IGA in the other direction. Two pubs nearby, cheapish food."

"While not the plushest of places to stay, and admittedly somewhat dated, I still choose Spring Hill Gardens Apartments as my go-to place to stay when visiting Brisbane. Why? Because you get a split-level home with all the facilities, rather than just a hotel room. Because there is ample underground parking (for a reasonable additional cost), and because it's a few minutes' work to downtown Brisbane. Though my unit was next to the main road, noise was never an issue, since it's not a busy road. The eleven apartment blocks are set in a small but leafy tropical garden. Wifi is free though not the speediest. These are serviced apartments, not hotel rooms, so you make your own bed between weekly bedding changes, which suits me just fine. Service was friendly and helpful. I'll be back."

"Its not so good to stay. As describe, they allowed the children to stay but with additional charge, but the owner did not allowed it, and upgraded our room instead. We just left for dinner, then when we came back someone park on our slot so we have to park on the side of the driveway.We booked for 2 nights, but stayed only for 1 night but never gave any refund."
