The codition of the room was bad. Bathroom door knob was busted . Paint peeled off of the entrance door frame . The lamp shades were frayed. I have photos but it's not letting me add them

The night shift girl was super nice but that’s where the positive ends. I woke up at 2 am to use the restroom and when I turned on the bathroom light, there were bugs crawling everywhere! I killed at least a dozen. Then of course, I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night because I was afraid the bugs would be crawling on the bed or my things. No one was available to answer the phone about any of it. It was disgusting and horrible.

The mist devastating experience ever: insects everywhere-- kitchen, floor fridge, leaking sink, dirty linens.
When we asked the front desk person for a different room, she said she is just filling for somebody and there are no rooms available!

The rooms were very dirty, 2 cockroaches in the room, bathroom & kitchen area dirty, no trash receptacles in the room. At least there was clean sheets & towels.
Another guest was complaining to the only person there, the maintenance guy stating his sheets were dirty as well as the rest of the room. This place should be closed down.

Rented a room, get to the hotel can’t even stay there because they didn’t have a room for me and my family.

The floor was filthy, it hadn't been mopped and there were roaches in the room. I went to use and the restroom and toilet overflowed. The bathroom door had holes in it.
