I wanted so badly to give this hotel 5 stars, but I just couldn't. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV was fantastic. The WiFi worked well. Everything seemed great. However, two things happened that took the rating down. First, it took us a while to figure out that the thermostat on the wall did not control the heat in the room. Also, some genius thought it would be a good idea to install a shelf in such a way as to make it nearly impossible to change the settings on the AC! Lastly, we called down twice to report the people above us banging around for more than an hour. The response from the front desk on the second time was, “I knocked on the door and no one answered.” I thought to myself, “Then call the police!” Eventually, they did get the people to answer the door and quiet down.
