All the staff were friendly and amazing. Breakfast area is beautiful and you can see the bay. Rooms were clean but simple. One complaint is that you need to pay an extra 20 euro per person to use the swimming pool and gym that gives you access for 24 hours. There is lots around the area and the main bus stops are a short uphill walk.

The location is in the midst of the nightlife in St Julian's, so expect some noise flowing over to the rooms. You can mitigate this by asking for a room that faces away from the hustle and bustle, but just that this will then not have any views. Service wise was good but could be better - I was going to move over to the Intercontinental after my stay here and considering that both hotels are under the IHG group, I had expected them to help with the move. However they asked me to reach out to Intercontinental on my own.

I am happy with the services of the hotel. I will surely use this facility again.

The service was good. We had an early flight on our last day and the staff at the reception kindly arranged breakfast takeaway for us. However, the hotel location is only good for people that like to party since there are a lot of bars and club’s downstairs and therefore during the night it’s pretty loud also due to the bad sound isolation of the hotel. If you want to explore the city or the harbour more I suggest stay in Sliema or Valletta instead. The breakfast is ok. The steam bath in IHG doesn’t work which is quite a shame.

The best hotel i stayed so far in my entire Europe trip this time. Love the services from this hotel. Easy to travel in and out. Superb location and ki d and helpful staff members. Recommended 👍

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, very kind and helpfull staff.

Hotel is located in downtown. The nearly is a lot of evenings possibilities for drinking bars, or discotheques and so on. This hotel is not recommended for longer stay, or quite place. Rooms are standard equipped. Hotel has no swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious, only service was very slowly and complicated due to Covid-19’s measures.

The bedding is bad! The bed is too soft and uncomfortable, the room is very small, the coffee table is triangular in design, my legs bumped into it countless times when entering and leaving the room 😵💫, there is no drinking water in the room, and the balcony is only for standing and not sitting.

The room is a little bit small, but it's not noisy because it's on a high floor. The layout of the room is basically reasonable. You can see the beach from the balcony🏖️

Fortunately, I was upgraded to the InterContinental Hotel, which was a very good stay experience

For us it is simply ideal. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Reception is helpful and friendly.

The room design is exquisite, the service is warm, and the breakfast is rich!
