Amazing room, the pool was nice, easy check in and check out process, the tub was great! Amazing Breakfast, Amazing staff, Amazing experience. Good location to pharmacy, shops and other food eateries. 45-1 hour from Hankou Train station. I had no complaint except the elevator was a bit annoying having to get off then get on another. But the stay is 10/10 perfection. I would definitely recommend. I would definitely stay here again for sure!

I recently stayed at this hotel between 29 April to 2 May 2025. Check-In Experience Upon arrival, there was a noticeable queue at the lobby. The solo staff member did not promptly call for assistance, leading to guest dissatisfaction when a second line was eventually opened. Room Condition The initial room had a musky sandalwood-like odor, possibly from previous guests using spa amenities or smoking. I was offered two alternative rooms and chose the first one, but the smell persisted, likely due to the central air conditioning. The manager on duty provided fruits and snacks as a gesture of goodwill. Air Conditioning Both my friend and I found the air conditioning insufficiently cool, waking up sweaty during the night. Elevator System & Security The hotel employs a two-lift system: one from the ground floor to the 23rd-floor lobby, and another from there to the guest rooms. This setup raises security concerns. For instance, I encountered a man lingering in the lift without a key card, which was unsettling. Food Delivery Process The food delivery process is inconvenient. Deliveries are left on a table at a remote corner of the ground floor, requiring guests to navigate the two-lift system to retrieve their orders. Laundry Service On a positive note, the hotel offers a reliable laundry service with same-day pickup if requested before 5:30 PM, which is convenient for travelers packing light. Overall Impression While the hotel has commendable services, improvements in staff communication, room air quality, security measures, and food delivery logistics would enhance the guest experience.

Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

Fantastic Stay at Four Points by Sheraton My recent stay at was excellent because of the following reasons 1. Comfortable and Clean: The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. 2. Outstanding Service:The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. 3. Convenient Location:The hotel is centrally located near the metro and dining options. 4. Great Facilities: The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant, were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Because I have to go on a business trip in Wuhan after the holiday, I don't want to rush so I went to Wuhan to rest in advance. I chose this hotel which I feel is relatively suitable for staying at home. As for the advantages, first of all, the front desk service is very professional. Basically, all problems can be solved by just saying it once. Secondly, the layout of the room is reasonable. The toilet has three partitions, and you can watch TV in the bathtub. Thirdly, I personally feel that the 68 single set meal on the second floor is a must-eat. In terms of quality, this price can be said to be super value. Fourthly, the soap in the room is indeed of relatively excellent quality among mid-to-high-end hotels. It is easy to soften. Judging from the traces of the soap table, it is probably quite popular. Fifthly, the room is on a high floor and has good privacy. The shortcomings are more in the service details. First, there is a bathtub but no bath salts. If you want to relax more deeply, you still have to buy bath salts/bath balls from outside. Second, the TV is not connected to the ceiling speakers in the bathroom, so you can't hear the TV clearly when taking a bath. Third, there is a clothesline but no clothespins, so it's a bit difficult to hang clothes. Fourth, there are not many types of drinks in the lobby bar. It's just selling the environment, and there is nothing worth drinking. Fifth, there are few surrounding facilities. There is an AEON three kilometers away, but you can't expect to buy and eat too much when you go downstairs directly. Two other small suggestions, first, it would be better to provide some moisturizer, and second, it would be better to change the coffee in the room to drip coffee instead of instant coffee. After all, many people like to drink coffee now.
