Honest review written on our last day here whilst still by the pool. Room - lovely and clean with the cleaning staff coming in daily to make the beds, change towels whenever you want and empty the bins. The view absolutely incredible, well worth paying for a sea view! My only feedback would be adding an extra chair for a 3rd guest when making the bedroom up for 2 adults and a child. Pool - Lovely and clean but really is freezing cold and could probably do with being heated throughout May! Didn't stop us having a swim, once you were in and over the shock it was OK. There were plenty of Sunbeds and Seating around the pool bar. Entertainment - there was a Saxophone player every Wednesday that was really good and a Greek night on a Friday. This was pretty much it for Entertainment other than music playing in the bar. I do think that because the Hotels location is very remote and not much else to do on an evening, that there should be more Entertainment especially for the Children. Staff - nothing short of amazing! Every single staff member is super friendly and hard working. I have to say, the previous review was completely inaccurate in regards to the General Manager. In my opinion, the reason the rest of the staff work so hard is because he leads by example. Every day he makes sure to visit the beach, the pool and the restaurant areas and speak to all the guests, asking if everything is OK. He collects plates, glasses and makes sure everything is being done as it should be. We witnessed him talking to various team members every day, chatting, laughing and even the odd hug being shared. It's evident that the staff are supported and well looked after, and this then felt by the guests. As a manager myself I am taking away some of the Management style from this hotel because its quite simply amazing!! Food - The all inclusive is plentiful, varied and replaced regularly throughout the service times. Lots of fresh salads, pasta and meat dishes. All inclusive does get repetitive as it does in most places - but you could have something different at each meal time here and not get bored. Overall we have really enjoyed our holiday. Very relaxing. If i could suggest anything it would be to do more for the children during the day and night, but other than that it was great.

OK so we arrive and we are hit with a 77 euro for each room charge. First impressions are lovely and restaurant stayed open for us to eat. Beach is beautiful and plenty of seating and a beach bar. Food is not free and well known alcohol is chargeable. Bridge to beach feels a little unsteady. Now, there's a big steep hill back up to hotel, if you are bad on your legs it is a killer. There's a cart that will take you up but very sporadic. This complex is very upper class and sorry to say alot of rude people. Staff are rude in the restaurant when pushing there carts of plaits, nearly tripping you over. None of them smile whether at the bar or resort apart from a selective few. No food is free apart from main restaurant. Male barmen around pool are very rude. Pool is absolutely freezing and no one is in it the whole time. Rooms. ....OK, nothing special and very noisy corridors at night. Not the hotels fault I guess. Cleaners....terrible, do not refill tea or coffee, no milk, nothing. Extreme quick clean with smelly mop, change of sheet and Job done, nothing else. Overall quite depressing, no smiles, no good energy. Oh shop extremely expensive with a bottle of sunscreen costing 27 euro!!!

Average hotel. Food average, but not great. All inclusive holiday but with restrictions, the alcohol available was very limited and poor quality, the wine available was amongst the worst I have ever tasted. White wine was sweet and horrid, red wine like Ribena so had to buy wine from shop. Only beer available at the beach bar, so ended up drinking Coke. Very limited drink available at the other bars. No toilets at the beach and pool too small for number of guests and nowhere near enough sunbeds. Nothing for children to do that I could see. Entertainment was virtually non existence and no buses into town after noon. Busy road to get to beach and steep hill. But beach was lovely, our room was great and hotel very clean. Restaurant and bar supervisor was very good and attentive to the customers. Think his name was Eduardo? Lastly it was almost impossible to sit anywhere in the evening without banging bass music !

This hotel is lovely , views amazing , Staff were always happy and ready to help with anything . Food was plentiful always something you could have . Salads cheeses artisan breads grill on every night . My husband is registered blind and there was lots of help and easy getting about. Beach was lovely , beach bar Everything was clean cannot really fault it . The pool is amazing but it was cold ,probably warmer in the summer months , Would defiantly go back there. If you want a relaxing holiday nice food ,lovely weather, clean hotel ,then i would definitely recommend this hotel .

Unlike other all inclusive places where you can get any drink that you’d want this is not the same!. The pool and tavern bars only give cocktails on a day of the week so I could only have a Pino Colada on a Wednesday (so once during my stay) for example. One lager or white/red and rose available but only at the pool or in the restaurant. Beach only beer or coffee - but not iced coffee? That was €4 extra. Why? When all the staff were walking around drinking them?. Beach is private and has loads of areas to sit with shade. Lack of choice at the beach bar meant most people stayed by the pool. The pool was ice cold - colder than the sea! There is a separate kids pool but being so cold it wasn’t used which means kids are playing next to your sunbed (of which there are a fair few but not enough) or constantly running back and forth, screaming. There was a play area but that was closed? Kids simply didn’t have anywhere to play or swim really. The hotel wasn’t a pick up point for any excursions nor was it well organised with needing to pre-book something as simple as a lift from the beach (it’s all uphill) which was only available at 10am or 1pm. Not enough toilets dotted around. No milk in the room to make a coffee but a shop that sells milk so clearly that’s the plan. The bridge to the beach looks and feels like it could collapse at any moment. Which meant we chose to walk down and up steep hills rather than “risk” the bridge. There is also a main road next to the beach that is busy. For me, this hotel is not an all-inclusive it’s more half-board. It’s not clear what you can’t have until it’s ordered and then you’re told “extra”. I understand branded drinks being more as that’s always the case but the lack of choice and difference in which bar you go to is bizarre. The daily change of only being allowed a choice of two cocktails is also weird. Never been to a hotel that did this as all inclusive at all. There’s no where convenient at all. The food was okay but mainly salad or pasta. Not very Greek! Cheap chunks of chicken thigh and strips of fatty pork, chunks of beef in weird sauce that is meant to be tomato and garlic. Again, really fatty because it’s the cheap stuff. Soup that wasn’t soup at all more like stock and ever so thin! How hard is it to make soup? Especially when the choices are limited - the biggest table in the restaurant for choice - is full of different dry herbs, oils and salts? Looks like there’s loads but there isn’t. Live cooking is a bit pointless really when it’s only pancakes or frying a little mackerel. Doesn’t really need to be there in my opinion. Staff however, were lovely and really hard working - always friendly. Maybe who ever decides the choices of food and drink should make it better and easier for the customers to understand? Rooms were clean and comfortable except the pillows aren’t comfortable at all we slept without them as they were like hard lumps. We wouldn’t come here again.
