We came for food after Thorpe park , the mains and the starters were lovely my brother had the chicken wings with hot sauce and they brought water for him, pooja was very lovely to us. Very nice lay out in the room beds were lovely soft and comfy,the room was very clean.

Room was great. Pillow was nice and firm but only1 each. Beds were nice and comfy, bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were excellent. We went for breakfast and a staff member named anabela noticed it was our daughters birthday and wished her happy birthday and also bought her a couple of gifts back 5 minutes later. The location was great, parking reasonable and easy, check-in fine and room was clean. Problems started when I went to get a drink pre-dinner. There was no staff in the bar/restaurant. After a few minutes I saw someone in the kitchen and got their attention. They rang a bell and advised someone would be with me in a few seconds. 5 minutes later I was still waiting so I left and went elsewhere. On returning to the room later at night we found out that the mattress was not the usual comfy version and was very uncomfortable with you side feeling a bit collapsed. There was only one pillow each (no additional ones like normal) and the door didn’t fit the doorframe so all the light from the corridor shone though the edges. We didn’t report the issues as it was now quite late in the evening and then on going down to reception in the morning there was no-one there…..looks like it was all hands to the pumps serving breakfast…shame they weren’t there the night before 🤣 didn’t really fulfill a good nights sleep so a poor experience but it was clean

Lovely clean friendly hotel. 6 minutes drive from thorpe park theme park so ideal for those traveling to the theme park. Right kn Staines high Street so plenty shops around then there is a complex directly behind the hotel. Windows are sound proof so no noise from outside disturbing our stay

Clean, great location and well priced. Ideal for a short theme park stay as only a few miles from Thorpe Park. No onsite parking but there is a large car park a minutes walk away. We will use it again. Oh, and there’s a Five Guys nearby. (Other quality food outlets are also nearby!)

Had a recent visit here for 2 nights for Hyperias opening day /weekend. The room was fantastic and all members of staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and very good value compared to other options! The hotel is a 5 minute walk from both Staines train and bus station and is therefore ideal for Thorpe Park. Quick shout out to Leona who was especially helpful and went out her way to make sure our trip went smoothly! She is a credit to the team and we thank her for going out the way for us. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Thorpe Park.
