They informed me they had two parking lots, so there wouldn't be an issue finding a spot, with one located at the hotel entrance and the other about 200 meters away. They then asked for my estimated arrival time. As I was about to arrive, I received a call from the hotel letting me know there were still parking spaces available at the entrance. This made me feel cared for and warm, which was very comforting. Now, let's talk about the feeling after checking into the room. After initial registration issues and our persistence we got our room. Everything works well, it's quiet and clean. Location is convinient, just a few hundret meters to a very good food street. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Will come again for sure.
