TTangyuchenMy mother, daughter, and I drove over Goupaliang Ridge, gazing at the towering mountains before descending to a secluded spot in Caiziping. The guesthouse resembled a stone fortress, and the manager was like an old friend; we had a delightful conversation. Though called a guesthouse, its quality rivaled that of a five-star establishment. The dining in this secluded spot was exquisite, offering both hot pot and Western cuisine. After a satisfying meal, we sat by the pool, listening to the rain and watching the mountains, deciding to climb the ridge the next day. Light rain, mist, deep forests, a sea of clouds, pheasants, pine cones—though we didn't see takins or golden monkeys, judging from the animal trails and droppings, we must have just missed a takin herd. Unfortunately, a landslide blocked the path not far from the trailhead, preventing us from climbing the ridge. However, we gained valuable experience from the trip, and before leaving, we made a promise with the manager to return another day. On the return journey, we took the highway to Tongchewan. The scenery along the way was also excellent. We passed several stilt bridges, chose one to walk across, and unexpectedly encountered a bamboo forest. The depths of the Qinling Mountains truly offer surprises at every turn. Sitting at home now, savoring the mountain honey gifted by my housekeeper, I reminisce about the journey and the delicious food, and feel grateful for the people I met along the way and the beautiful scenery created by nature. ”Altitude 1499”, we will definitely meet again soon.

MM519636****The first impression upon entering was cleanliness, tidiness, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything I saw was spotless. This was followed by the front desk's warm greeting, which felt truly refreshing. They politely asked if I had a reservation and confirmed my room. After I confirmed, they quickly processed my check-in, further enhancing my positive impression with their efficiency.
Before this, I had contacted the hotel regarding parking. They informed me they had two parking lots, so there wouldn't be an issue finding a spot, with one located at the hotel entrance and the other about 200 meters away. They then asked for my estimated arrival time. As I was about to arrive, I received a call from the hotel letting me know there were still parking spaces available at the entrance. This made me feel cared for and warm, which was very comforting.
Now, let's talk about the feeling after checking into the room. The first impression was how smart technology has integrated into daily life. Voice-controlled air conditioning, lighting, curtains, and entertainment systems provided immense relief after a long and tiring journey. The mental focus I maintained while driving immediately relaxed. Coupled with a medium-firm mattress that softly enveloped my body while still providing support, both my mind and body completely relaxed. The experience was truly excellent!
I really like this hotel and highly recommend everyone try it.

GGuest UserTreasure smart hotel! The door is warmly welcoming and the details are full. The smart experience of the whole house is superb! Voice control lights, curtains, air conditioning, moving mouth, not hands, lazy gospel, equipped with a smart toilet, constant temperature shower is super intimate, robot delivery is also very convenient. Voice control is sensitive, the bedding is skin-friendly, the sound insulation is good, and the dry and wet separation is refreshing. Attentive front desk, free parking/suitment, warm service, efficient check-in and check-out, full cost performance, highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt was night when I went. Although the road up the mountain was winding, the road was still flat. It was not consistent with the navigation and positioning. It is recommended to ask the store. The conditions are OK, because it is a homestay, so the facilities are not as complete as the hotel, and it is relatively clean. There are many small insects in the mountains. The scenery outside the homestay is still beautiful! Breakfast is farmhouse rice. The overall price/performance ratio is OK!

YYangyangnaoXLThe biggest flaw: The building I booked didn't have central air conditioning! It was incredibly hot in the summer, so we paid the difference to move to a different building.
Pros: The hotel is located in the Youran Mountain Scenic Area. It was very quiet on Sundays and almost completely empty on Mondays. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, the bedding was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the shuttle was always available. The pizza and pasta were delicious, and the breakfast was also good. It was very quiet and perfect for a relaxing retreat.
Cons: The children found the outdoor playground a bit boring. The outdoor playground was overgrown with weeds and looked poorly maintained. The petting zoo, which had sika deer and chickens, ducks, and geese, was a bit smelly. The indoor playground required a shuttle at the main entrance, which was inconvenient.

But the hotel also needs to improve the service level. The ability to prepare meals when the room is full on holidays is obviously not keeping up, and there is a chef. But it is not possible to remind customers that they need to book in advance if they eat at the hotel, and the hotel can at least arrange the meal time. There are some episodes during the stay. It is really angry about safety issues, but the staff also promptly handled the apology and appeased our emotions. I hope the hotel will do better and better, it is a satisfactory resort. The road up the mountain is quite steep, and there is no mirror at the big bend. Friends who see the comments pay attention to driving safety.

What's more oolong is that the boss said that the guests took all the room cards the day before, and there was no spare room card. I gave a power card, and I had to go to the front desk to ask someone to open the door every time I entered and exited the room. I was speechless.

The neighboring room was drinking and making noise on the terrace until more than 3 am. I called the front desk to report it, but it was not resolved. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all.
