The room was clean and hygienic, with a lovely floral scent. The courtyard was spacious, perfect for families with children, and there was plenty of room for washing and drying clothes. The guesthouse owner also kept several well-behaved and docile dogs. The owner was incredibly hospitable; he even gave us matsutake mushrooms when we had hot pot in the courtyard. I highly recommend this place; it was the best guesthouse I stayed at during my trip.

The second time I stayed at Taoxi Inn, the lake at the door and the artistic conception were still so beautiful. The internal changes in the inn were still quite big. First of all, the rooms on the second floor were all air-conditioned, and the bathroom facilities were all replaced. The toiletries were much better than before. Surprisingly, some rooms have oxygen generators. The boss is still the little guy who is hospitable. The ecological fish eaten at night is very delicious. The authentic local fish is recommended.

Hotel location is very good to find, just by the river, you can see Rizhao Jinshan in the evening, the hotel has free parking, which is very important for self-driving, the room is fully equipped, clean, the front desk staff is also very good, what do not understand can ask them.

The dishes were fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared; the owner's homemade pickled side dishes were also incredibly tasty. Being very close to the main street, takeout we ordered for our child in the afternoon arrived in just about 10 minutes. Our room was a comfortable tatami style, which Doudou loved, ensuring a sound night's sleep. A water dispenser in the room made staying hydrated very convenient. During checkout and breakfast in the morning, the hostess even kindly prepared some complimentary homemade wontons for our child. They had thin skins, generous fillings, and were freshly cooked in chicken broth, resulting in a wonderfully savory taste.
