Environment: The weather in Bomi was fantastic, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, with clear blue skies and bright sunshine—perfect for taking beautiful photos. Facilities: Fully equipped, including a car charger. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: Top-notch service! The owner was incredibly friendly; we chatted for a long time. The guesthouse's little dog was also adorable and you could pet it!

It was my first time to experience Songtsam and it felt very good. The location is first-class, and the room is comfortable, warm and pleasant. At first, I felt that the ******* staff were a bit cold and the communication was not smooth. We went to the restaurant and asked if afternoon tea (complimentary) was available? He said no, which was very disappointing. After we sat for a while and prepared to go out to eat, he asked if he wanted to pack afternoon tea for us to take away. It turned out that it was already being prepared! I don't know where there is a misunderstanding. After staying for a day, I got used to their shyness but their patience and thoughtfulness. I like Songtsam and will continue to experience other places in the future.

帶父母出來旅遊，最近看桃花的人多酒店成倍漲可以理解，但起碼的整潔乾淨應該做到。605一晚的標間和實際太不符，我們短髮房間地上衞生間有些長髮，水池上還有茶漬、淋浴房角落污垢，性價比不高。衹能説跟團隊這樣的房勉強住，我定了兩晚兩間2400，體驗感太差！川藏線這麼多天住得最貴衞生最差的酒店。這樣的高價早晨業非常一般。

My trip to Bomi! This hotel was a lifesaver! My last stop was Bonda Town, and the conditions there were indescribably terrible! Facilities: Huge parking lot with self-service car wash! And 12 washing machines! Laundry detergent and ironing machines were all readily available, making drying a breeze! The mattresses were incredibly comfortable! Wet and dry areas were separated. Cleanliness: The best thing about this new hotel is that the bedding was all brand new! Most importantly, it was spotless! Environment: Located right on the main road, very easy to find! Service: All the staff, both day and night, including the security guards, were incredibly attentive and observant! They even brought clean bags to help collect guests' laundry after it was done!

The county seat was very close to eating and shopping, and it was convenient to travel. The corridor is clean and quiet, the room is spacious, the whole house is modern and simple, the bathroom is dry and wet, the supplies are fully equipped, the water pressure is stable, the hot water is out very quickly, and the road is very comfortable to wash and rest. A leisure round table by the window, drinking tea and resting, sorting luggage are very convenient, sound insulation is good, and rest at night is stable. The service attitude is gentle and courteous, the check-in efficiency is high, and the hotel that can live in Bomi with environment, health and landscape is very cost-effective! ! !

We booked the hotel because we saw that it was newly opened in 2025 and thought that everything should be relatively new. There were very few service staff, and there was only one person at the front desk, who was responsible for taking the luggage and checking in. We had to push the luggage upstairs by ourselves without any instructions. The service staff was not familiar with the floor of the room and said it was on the sixth floor, so we pushed a cart of luggage to the sixth floor, but the room was not on the sixth floor.
