I'm totally captivated by the design of this guesthouse! The Instagram-worthy corner in the common area is amazing! The room has a fantastic view, and the bedding is pure cotton—I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, not only introducing us to local delicacies but also helping us with our luggage. The location is near Yilong Lake, and the cleanliness was excellent. Overall, a perfect experience! The breakfast was especially delicious, and they even had seasonal fruit available for guests at the front desk! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Very modern Hotel, new furniture, large rooms. Clean as always in China. Also spacious bathroom with very good shower. Toiletries, electric kettle and drinking water provided. There is a garage (open though) to park cars or bikes. No elevator.

This is the best-equipped hotel in the area. The rooms are newly renovated, with smart home control, a large TV, a separate shower and toilet, and comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace offers a sunset view, and although it's not in the first row, the view is still quite good. It's also very close to the lake, and there are small restaurants nearby. The guesthouse rents bicycles, but even with a discount, it still felt expensive; two people riding two bikes for three hours cost 30 yuan. Renting a bicycle for a whole day by Erhai Lake only costs 10 yuan. There's also a washing machine on the rooftop, which is quite convenient.

此次撫仙湖之行，最初預訂的是石屏小火車站附近的小火車酒店，滿心期待入住，卻被房間裏濃重的裝修異味打亂計劃——刺鼻的味道實在難以忍受，根本無法安心停留，衹能第一時間聯繫攜程客服尋求幫助。 必須重點誇誇攜程客服的服務，態度特別好！接到反饋後沒有絲毫推諉，全程耐心傾聽需求，響應速度很快，主動協調溝通，沒多久就幫我退了房，因為帶了娃，客服找到了就近的備選酒店，在突發狀況下給了我很大的安全感，解決問題的效率和專業性都值得點贊。 換住的酒店在空間上還算驚喜，是帶兩個房間、兩張床的套房，還配有一個小會客廳，整體佈局寬敞，能滿足多人入住的需求。但美中不足的是，酒店緊鄰馬路，我分配到的房間剛好靠路邊，到了夜間仍有明顯車流聲，對睡眠淺的人來説不算友好。此外，酒店的服務也比較一般，前台工作人員態度平淡，沒有太多主動服務的意識，不過整體不影響基本入住。 總的來説，雖然初始住宿出了問題，但攜程客服的及時協助讓行程沒受太大影響；衹是希望後續再選酒店時，能遇到更貼合“安靜”需求、服務更貼心的住處。
