Booked for early morning departure from Udon Thani., When we arrive hotel reception after 1pm but we are ask to wait until 2pm., we expect some considerate so can plan our day , anyway it's looks rude when others getting check in earlier than us., rooms are ready but ask the guests to wait for nothing's , when we check out early there no account....this has to be changed...

The hotel pictures completely misrepresent this hotel. The rooms are worn and older , needing redecoration and the pictures shown bear no resmblance to the actual room. To be fair the bathroom was newish. We stayed across the street at THE OLD INN. Same price , giant rooms , much better

The room is clean with a balcony. The bathroom is very good for this price. It's very good. The bed is soft. The staff is very cute. Brother, you can eat for free in the room. We checked in at 11:00 PM because the flight was delayed. The staff waited and welcomed us very well. I woke up in the morning and met the young man. He is very good. ❤️❤️❤️ Korean top level 😘😘😘 Thank you for your kindness and service.

I slept here because I needed to be somewhere close in the environment of the resort. It is not close to the city, but for me the location was thus convenient. Furthermore, the houses are nice and spacious. Very clean and everything looks new. The owners are also very helpful. After asking if there were motorbikes for rent in the area he directly made some calls for me, and after hearing there where none available he offered me to book a taxi for me. I really did enjoy my stay at Ban Ton Resort!

Had a great time at The One Residence. Both cleaning and reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Hotel is right in centre of town close to Central Plaza, and bus and train stations. The room is large and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed. The shower is warm and powerful. Overall, lots of amenities for a budget hotel. I would recommend due to location, price, facilities and service.

The facilities are old, but the bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is like an old Thai inn. The restaurant right next to the entrance is a famous local restaurant in the Isan area. Teppanyaki and pork dishes are also good for Korean tastes. It's right across from Udon Town, so it's great for shopping or eating.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and perfectly located—but what truly sets it apart is the owner’s kindness and hospitality.
