Udon Thani Hotels with Pools

We loved every moment of our stay at Changthai Comfort Guest House. I can’t recommend it enough. From a delicious breakfast and dinner overlooking the lake, to drinking Chang by the pool in the afternoon sun, my brothers and I were very well taken care of and the staff were so lovely. Escaping the city, you can really relax here, and town is just a taxi away. The rooms are clean, large and overlook beautiful gardens and pool. We have family in Udon Thani so we will be back!! Thankyou for having us!!!!

Napalai Hotel, Udon Thani 🇹🇭 | Great Value for the Price I recently stayed at Napalai Hotel in Udon Thani, and overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience — especially considering the price I paid. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient location and not too far from Udon Thani Airport. Getting around is easy, and Grab is readily available, so having your own car isn’t really necessary. 🏨 First Impression & Check-in As soon as I arrived, I could tell that Napalai is one of Udon Thani’s more established, traditional hotels. The property may not feel brand-new or modern, but it has the atmosphere of a classic full-service hotel. Check-in was quick and straightforward. There was a THB 500 refundable key deposit required at check-in. 🛏️ The Room The room came with all the basic amenities I needed, including shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Everything was well prepared and practical for a short stay. There was also a complimentary minibar, which was a nice little bonus. 🍳 Breakfast Breakfast was actually one of the highlights of my stay. The selection was quite impressive, especially for a hotel at this price point. There was a good mix of Western dishes, Thai food, and local specialties, along with desserts and fresh fruit. There were plenty of choices, and it felt like a proper hotel breakfast rather than just a simple morning meal. 💰 Value for Money I paid around THB 800 for the night, including breakfast, and at that price, I think Napalai Hotel offers very good value. It may not be the newest hotel in town, but if you’re looking for a convenient location, a comfortable stay, complete basic amenities, and a surprisingly good breakfast without spending too much, this is definitely a solid option in Udon Thani. During my visit, the key was location and value. The latter was terrific. The hotel is extraordinarily convenient and a short walk to Central Plaza. Even though it’s on a main street, rooms (moderate size ) in the back of the hotel are remarkably quiet. The rooftop pool (7th fl) is accessible only by a long climb up two sets of stairs. The exercise room is small and in need of renovation.

Not sure what was up with the a/c but I had to phone reception each time I returned to my room to turn it back on Maybe they save power im not sure Was kind of annoying Swimming pool was A POOL not a single banana lounge or staff in sight cleaners were all over it came sprinting to my room with my laundry when she spotted me 'bless' Requested a queen bed received two singles pushed together Language barrier was difficult at front counter they had a good heart they just weren't fluent with any English nor can I speak thai so I guess it works both ways in a foreign country Bathroom was nice enough drain was semi blocked with was a bit annoying Would I stay again -if I really had to i would the price was cheap enough but im sure there are better hotels in the area

The hotel is clean and quiet but i hope they could put heater inside the room for convenience of the guest, specially for those who have children.

Accommodation, convenient transportation, spacious rooms, equipment in the room such as kettles are not available. But can contact to borrow at the counter Good service staff, overall okay.

For us, the price is considered too expensive because coffee and tea to drink downstairs are not available in some rooms. At that time the customer didn't want to go downstairs to eat. Personally, we didn't eat breakfast because we had to go to the doctor and skip meals, so we didn't know what the food was.  The bathroom was incomplete, there were no toothbrushes, no toothpaste. Have you ever stayed on the way around Udon city? Just a price difference of 100 baht, everything is included.

Good location, not far from Central Mall. Breakfast was nice. Our standard room double bed was very small, the pictures made it look bigger when I booked it. Aircon was very noisy, only stayed one night . Staff were good, pool was nice.
