The receptionist at the front desk is smiling and polite, and the service is patient and thoughtful. The room was pretty good, a little bit dated. The location is good, very close to Disney Springs, 5 minutes' drive, and about 15 minutes' drive to Disney theme park. The breakfast is average, not much variety, just OK, and the desk is cleaned in a timely manner. Parking is very convenient and free, which is generally OK.

The room and overall hotel is average at best. The best part was the waffles at breakfast and coffee available 24 hours/day. The room portion was clean from what the eye could see other than a hole in the wall by the AC unit that looked like someone had rolled off the bed or been pushed into the wall. No sign of repair, just covered by the curtain. As far as the bathroom goes, hair from the previous guest was still on the floor and black mildew was visible on the ceiling in the shower. Checkout is at 11:00am, yet housekeeping disregarded the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door and knocked shortly before 10:00am. The cherry on top was our room keys being deactivated while we're loading our belongings up in our vehicle, also before 11:00am. When we went to the front desk to advise they had been deactivated before checkout time and we still needed to get in our room to verify we didn't leave anything behind, we were met with a snobby, passive aggressive response from the desk clerk on duty. Paired with everything else, her attitude and handling of the situation is what ultimately made our decision that we'll reserve at the Spark by Hilton located next door our next stay. 

A particularly cost-effective hotel near Disney and Universal! It is very close to both parks, and there is a free shuttle bus. It is a fixed time to and from Tudor. The rooms should be refurbished, not old, clean and odorless. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, hand sanitizer and body lotion are provided, no mineral water, free lemonade at the front desk, but no water will be replenished at night. The biggest advantage is that free breakfast and free parking are available, which saves a lot of money. Breakfast until 9:30, there are bread, milk, boiled eggs, meat patties, cereals, fruits, yogurt, and even homemade Mickey Head Pancake! It’s no problem to eat. There is a row of shops such as tjmaxx opposite the hotel, and there is a spicy girl Chinese food diagonally opposite, which is very delicious. There is a mini golf next door, and you can also hug and feed alligators. The only downside is that there is no elevator, if you live on the second floor, you need to carry your own luggage. Overall it is very recommended!

I’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app. Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated. Only issue was a noisey AC unit. Housecleaning was also good. I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full. Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s.

Booked a hotel when visiting Universal Studios. It's about $8 by taxi for 10 minutes to Universal Studios. The decoration is old, like a three-star hotel in China 20 years ago, but the room is very spacious and clean. There is no drinking water, but there is a vending machine on the floor. There is free breakfast, but the variety is very simple, only bread, cake, waffles, etc., but it's OK to fill your stomach, but why do you want a bicycle when the hotel is this price? Recommended!

This hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.

The hotel is very close to the highway, which makes it easy to find. However, the hotel is quite old, the elevator is shaking when going up, and the door card is also old-fashioned. It failed twice and had to be replaced. The room is big, but the facilities are old. It is okay for this price range. The important thing is: the ”free airport shuttle” written in the facilities of this hotel disappeared three months ago. Don't refer to it when booking a room. We were fooled and booked this hotel

100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.

My daughters and me we stay a night to be ready next day to participate at UCF in my daughter induction to be a new student in UCF. The place was good maybe not the best but at least acceptable to sleep a night.

El hotel es viejo si, es muy grande por eso. Tiene parking gratis. La gente que verás aquí, es gente más humilde ( también por su precio económico) en la habitación verás los muebles viejos y la limpieza podría ser mucho mejor. Pero para mi sorpresa, la cama es cómoda y las sábanas limpias. Por suerte no me encontré ningún “ animalito “ y eso hace más fácil mi estancia aquí. Tampoco es ruidoso a pesar de que haya tanta gente. La ubicación si estás más en medio “ de la nada “ pero está bien. Y es con tasas incluido así que bien, depósito te piden 100€. PARA LLEGAR Y SOLO DORMIR, esta bien.
