JjessicafuNo complimentary bottled water, but you can buy it downstairs for $4/bottle. Alternatively, there's a water dispenser by the restroom on the first floor. The room has a microwave, which is handy if you miss meal times – you can just grab something from the supermarket and heat it up. Breakfast is from 7-10 AM, and dinner is from 5-7 PM. A great perk is that hotel guests can enter the park half an hour early. The rooms are pretty standard, and breakfast is very American. You can also grab two cans of soda during breakfast to take into the park. Overall, it's pretty good value for money, especially in the US. The early entry is a nice bonus, as the gates open earlier than the official time.

Ssome3750在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。
吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。
稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。
如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

GGuest UserThis was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening.
Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess.
Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific.
It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg.
I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers free shuttle services to all major Disney parks every day, and remember to book your time online in advance. If you want early park entry, you also need to handle that online beforehand.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation.
The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food.
Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!

The hotel offers hourly shuttles to Disney World theme parks, with a travel time of about 30 minutes. Breakfast features an omelette station and a selection of pastries. The room is newly renovated and generally clean; however, we did encounter a large cockroach on the first or second night, which we attributed to the weather.

ВВладислав ДемьяновWe spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub).
the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out.
Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service:
at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police.
To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour.
although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton.

GGuest UserThe inly thing I could fault was the signage to anywhere. There are none. We walked 30min. Round two hotels. For what should have been a few minutes cause once of the boat taxi for the first time no signed for lobby or anything. Same in morning sign to water taxi then no sign to say get life to floor one. Tbh this seems to a standard thing round universal. No sign or basic sign to everything toilets hotel rides.
But have to say hotel was amazing and clean and would stay again. Ashley it early check in and late collection was very helpful

GGuest UserThe room was a bit old, but the air conditioning worked great. Overall, the hotel environment and location were excellent. Food delivery was very convenient, and getting to the exhibition center was a breeze. It's also not far from the airport. Having a supermarket, restaurant, and good room service right in the hotel was a huge plus.

VVanderLustThe room was pretty spacious, AC was a bit too loud. The receptionists are very friendly, each guest receive a free and warm DoubleTree cookie at check-in and check-out. Beware that everything is kinda far away, the next 7-eleven is in like a 20 min walking distance. If you take a Lyft/Uber it will take you ~5 min.
