Guest UserThe lady at the front desk was very nice. She changed me a room when I was not satisfied with it. The man at the supermarket downstairs was also very nice. He took the trouble to help us solve the TV problem! The cleaning staff was very good. They were not impatient when asking for things and asked me if I had enough other things! All the requests were met during the eleven days with so many people!
