it's located 1km from the central business district but there are shops downstairs thus making it quite convenient. The naerby park (just across the road) is great especially if you're up for morning or afternoon walk. Due to the location, away from too many roads, it's so peaceful and quiet here thus it's a perfect spot for a short vacation or just a weekend gateway from the bustling life once in a while.
