From the entrance itself the apartment was very well-trained and prepared with the thought of guests. The interior was bright, spacious and decorated in a modern style, but at the same time cozy. We particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the possibility of drinking morning coffee with a large window with a view to the surrounding area. The location turned out to be a great point for visiting Wrocław – there were shops, restaurants and urban transportation stations nearby. After all day walking, you could really rest. The host was kind and quick to respond to the news, which made the entire stay running without stress.

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

Fenomenalny hotel! Widać ile pracy zostało włożone w odrestaurowanie tego klasztoru/szpitala - zostało to wykonane bardzo ładnie. Pokój bardzo oryginalny i wygodny. Śniadanie przepyszne - duży plus za możliwość bezpłatnego zamówienia ciepłego dania poza tym co jest dostępne z i tak dużej ilości rzeczy w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Lokalizacja hotelu jak dla mnie idealna - z pewnością wrócę jeszcze przy kolejnej okazji.

The hotel was top-notch, with a perfect location for very early flights or late arrivals. It was perfectly soundproofed, and the breakfast was excellent. Special shout-out to the gentleman managing the buffet, who was incredibly attentive to everyone.

The room is not big, and the facilities are relatively simple compared to those in China, but it is relatively clean. It is generally a budget hotel. There is no toiletries, not even a toothbrush.

Beautiful looking modern hotel. I was allowed to check in almost 2 hours early which was great. Nice reception staff. Lovely room,clean. Only 1 pillow though and a very thin blanket. I would recommend a spare pillow left in the wardrobe like there usually is. Bad sewage smell throughout the hotel which is a shame. There is a LIDL supermarket right next door which is very handy.

It's close to the station and a 15-minute walk to downtown, so it's great for sightseeing! I'm satisfied with the room, except that there's no refrigerator and the hair dryer is too weak.

The location is perfect and located nearby the old town district. The room is very large which include a clean kitchen and toilet. Unfortunately, the ceiling in our toilet suffered from water leakage. Yet, the staff are very helpful to help us solve it at the midnight and offer us another room but in another hotel. Although we rejected to move to another place since it’s already too late. The problem were quickly solved next day which is perfect.

The apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

An ancient and old-style hotel. History is reflected in every step. No shoes, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It is difficult to charge the phone in the room.
