This is truly the best and warmest apartment I have ever stayed in! Highly recommend👍👍👍 My husband and I made an impromptu decision and came here to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. As a result, when I searched for accommodation, the house prices in the entire city were ridiculously high. Searches on other platforms all started at least 1,000 RMB. Only this one had ”magical” prices. My Italian husband is still doubting, ”Is it reliable?” It turned out that the accommodation environment was exactly the same as the photos, with complete facilities, very clean and quiet, and the experience was better than what he had booked before🤣 The most important thing is that the landlord is a very friendly family. My unreliable husband drove his car and the car got stuck on the side of the road on New Year's Eve and couldn't be driven out. After talking to the landlord for a few words on the phone, he immediately drove over after hanging up the phone, pulled our car out, and enthusiastically drove us around to find restaurants for dinner. Nice and idyllical accommodation, downstairs a comfortable restaurant with good breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent location in the heart of the old town, yet a quiet place to stay.

The hotel star is very good. The room we stayed was wide, pleasant and clean. Although the breakfast was not very rich, the products offered were clean and delicious. The staff were very roses and interested. We prefer to walk to the city centre of Rski because it is close to the train station. I can recommend it in a comfortable room.

A very friendly welcome to this elegant, homely hotel close to the Old Town Square but away from the road so very quiet. Rooms are nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is very good and delicious.

Level 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy. Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights. At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy. Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am. No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Everything met high standards from check-in to check-out. Location: Superb setting on Strada Lungă 5. It is situated right at the edge of the historic Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main square and city sights while offering easy transit connections (about 4 km from the main train station). The Room: We booked the Superior Twin Room. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet. The twin beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the dedicated desk area with a coffee/espresso setup was great for relaxing. The keycard access system made entry seamless. Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was pristine, featuring vibrant turquoise mosaic tiles, a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and complete cleanliness. Having a stocked mini-fridge in the room was a very convenient touch. Service: The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring our requests were handled smoothly, including luggage storage. Good to know: Located on a main street, requesting a quiet room away from the elevator ensures a peaceful night's rest. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers visiting Brașov!

Loved my stay at Residence Central Annapolis! The location is perfect—right in the middle of the old town, so everything is just a short walk away. The building has this old-world charm, and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. If you're visiting Brașov and want somewhere central with character, this is a great pick!

It may be difficult to settle, you need to fill out the form in advance and get the code. But the place is very cool, clean and comfortable

O cazare destul de bună , cameră foarte călduroasă patul confortabil și micul dejun destul de bun . Aceleași chestii în fiecare dimineață dar puteai să alternezi . Destul de central de piață sfatului , cam 20 min de mers pe jos , iar parcarea pt mașina era asigurata . Recomand cu drag această pensiune . M am simțit f bine .

The room was great, with a refrigerator and kitchen, but there was a foul odor as soon as I opened the refrigerator. Also, the Wi-Fi password listed in the instructions in the room was different from the actual password, so I had to contact them. Otherwise, the room had towels, a hairdryer, cups, cooking utensils, and a TV, which was sufficient for a one-night stay. What was particularly good was the location. It was very convenient as the room was just a short walk from the main street.
