This is an outstanding property - I returned to Rosetti several times during my travels in Romania, and each time was a wonderful experience. A great amount of attention to detail has gone into the design of the hotel; it is modern yet inviting. The rooms are well appointed, with a full range of amenities. Public spaces are cosy and welcoming. As can be expected, it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. However, the greatest asset of the Rosetti is its staff, who all went over and above expectations to make my stay comfortable and memorable. This is what really set it apart from most of the other establishments I have stayed at during this trip. The hotel is not in the centre of town; however it is a pleasant 15 minute walk. And Uber works well in Bucharest, and is very affordable. I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Been given wrong room .the room supose have a bath.The the airconditioner couldn’t change or down the temperature,look like was set up and looked at 24.5 degree.We could hear every single car passing by,not soundproofing,The duvet as in the picture,and as soon is light out the blackout curtains Wich supose to do the job it didn’t.The lady person we chat she very nice person.Is just we expected something and got diferent.also we txt regarding that is a special anyversary ,hence why we want to room we booked with the bath like more romantic/special.

A good, well-maintained, and clean property, quite close (a 5-minute walk) to Piazza Romana, where you can catch buses and the metro to explore the city. There is parking available (about 3 spaces), but it's not guaranteed, so if the property is full, you may not find a parking spot unless you're paying for it in the blue parking spaces in front of the hotel or nearby. If I have a complaint, it's about the spring mattress and duvet sheets (I can't stand them; they cause extreme temperature changes while I sleep). The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Because the plane was four hours late, arrived at the hotel after midnight, the staff was still waiting, the elevator was broken, and the staff sent the suitcase to the room and felt very warm. The room I stayed in was very quiet, the windows were large, full of sunlight, and the trees outside the window were shaded, which was very suitable for rest. There was a surprise for breakfast, gave a menu, let yourself order, make it now, enjoy delicious meals. On the day of departure, I left the hotel at 6:50, the staff sent the suitcase down, and packed the breakfast in advance, and my heart was warm.

Positives: location is very central. Near Universitate Square and metro station, which was so convenient for me as it was also the meeting point for a day tour i had booked. Purely coincidental. Loads of cafes and restaurants (a bit pricey though) and beautiful classic buildings like the Central Bank of Romania, churches and restaurants. Studio apartment is gorgeous, spacious, clean and functional. It had ALMOST a fully fitted kitchen. (4) check in was at another hotel nearby. The guy at check in was very friendly and warm and the staff in general were helpful and helped me book ticket from a website which had no English translation. Thank you! Negatives : (1) no lifts. (2) Kitchen had no stove or even a microwave, which makes having a kitchen rather pointless actually. I mean, there’s a fridge and all but how would one heat up food? (3) the housekeeping tidied my bed but did not wash the mug in the sink or emptied the bin in the bathroom. Other than that, i would recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you!

Stayed one night at this hotel as I was in transit to Zurich and then Toronto. Checked in about noon I disagreed I was given a Superior Deluxe Room with Double Bed. My room is single room is on the third floor; with a single bed, fridge, TV... What almost kills me is there is no lift nor elevator in this hotel. I had to dragged my bag to my room. Luckily the reception lady was nice to take the small bag for me, No overnight staff is there. I checked out at 3.30am to take my early fight. dropped my key at the reception.

The clean and ordered, with a small kitchen, there is no laundry iron, steam, washing machine.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 5 nights. The room was nice and actually bigger than I thought it would be, with a large sofa and coffee table. Room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. I had a slight issue with the safe but the staff were helpful and remedied the issue with no problems. I didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that as I was eating out each day. The location is very good, very near the major transport hubs so a very good base to go exploring from.

The apartment was very easy to reach from the airport by public transport, with a bus service running 24 hours a day. The self check-in process was also very simple and convenient. I was initially worried because I arrived around midnight, but everything went smoothly. The hosts responded very quickly and were extremely helpful and cooperative. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a late arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Was a comfortable stay in a good area ,would recommend if your on a budget. Easily communicating through whatsapp and details provided for gaining access. Its a key in a code lock box at the door. We had the studio room B13 and it was perfect for us. Cleaner was out and kept the room fresh and she was very friendly. The wifi was good quality and any queries answered through whatsapp as no one on desk! But the area was safe and people nice. It has a few local shops surrounding. I recommend using uber to get about as it was very hot (in june) and also very cheap to use. I recommend bucharest lovely city with plenty to do!
