GGuest UserPlace is newly renovated more the most part. The ⁰bathrooms are all redone with tile I would say fairly well done. These bathrooms are small and tight fit. If you are larger or an older person with decreased mobility this may be a little tough to utilize..The place overall I felt was fairly clean. There is a nice little pool in the middle and a pavilion with picnic tables.and a grill which you pay for with the resort fee whether you use it or not. Keep in mind when staying here you are at the wider section of the beach. Its 900 plus feet to the water on sand. It can be a hike if your older, decreased mobility or drink heavy 🤣. The view is beautiful tho I can't lie. If you drive a wide vehicle you most likely will not be able to park oit back which is the convenient method.

LlionzzzHighly recommended. The location is just across the bridge from Qingshui Beach, on the main road. You almost don't have to turn when coming from the airport, and you won't get lost without navigation. There are abundant tableware and kitchenware. I made some soup every day, which was very satisfying. The sanitation was not cleaned every day, but once during the four nights I stayed. The breakfast was rich by my American standards. The waiters were friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommended

GGuest UserIt was a first time stay at a Fairfield Inn and it will not be our last. We gratefully appreciated the early check-in, as we seniors drove over 3 1/2 hours. The location is excellent and the Inn easy to find, along with the parking. The hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were given a nice, quiet room, too. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked from afar. We also did not stay for the continental breakfast, as we met family at a close restaurant. The room was equipped with a small coffee maker and a refrigerator, which made out stay more comfortable. The hotel staff was accommodating in moving us to a new room in a quiet area and very pleasant.

AAnonymous UserYou need to pay extra for parking, 25 knives a day for parking. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach, very close, and within a 10-minute walk from most restaurants. If you don't want to walk, there are also golf carts sent to the beach and restaurants. The staff are very friendly! Breakfast is simple but all good. The room is also clean, it is recommended to stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel experience/accommodations overall were good. However, the reservations I made included breakfast for two for two days, and it was awkward to acquire the breakfast portion of my reservation. Instead, the hotel gave me a $20.00 per day credit for one guest for breakfast. Also upon check-out, I was not provided a room receipt - so I am not sure what to use for my expense report, and I do not know what I have been actually charged for. This reservation arrangement was not what I expected and I doubt very seriously if I will use this service again. It was embarrassing and I am especially uncomfortable with what I will be charged.

GGonzalezI’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour. After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways. I’m going to start with the positive things. Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite. The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy. *now let’s go with the next… 1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ??? To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms. I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience ! Picture of the good and no so good!

GGuest UserRooms were clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Location is good for the city. Parking available at a charge. Breakfast was not very good, no order, children picking up food with fingers and even putting back, dirty plates left on the door countertops. This really was disappointing as the rooms were so nice and clean. However many noisy guests throughout the night, slamming of doors, also a lot of dogs staying and they barked a lot. No one came to rectify this. Would possibly stay again if we could get a floor with no dogs, and knew security sorted out noise and would skip breakfast!

GGuest UserStayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night). The valet staff was nice and professional.

VVictoriaThis resort has all you could want. However, the rooms were a bit warm, the AC was not cooling the room. As for the tiki bar, it had a DJ playing. Unfortunately, there were a lot of people on day passes and the pools were packed. I strongly recommend not allowing day passes to locals so that paid guests can enjoy the amenities a little more without feeling overwhelmed. Parking was difficult, limited space. Day pass people took up most of the parking spots.

GGuest UserOverall, a decent place to stay. Has lots of potential but work should be given to spruce it up, even though it’s a very old building. Here are my main reasons for the 3 score rating: -great location downtown and near the pier. Super walkable to lots of great restaurants and shopping. -eclectic, cool atmosphere  -no onsite parking -bedding clean but bedframe was very dirty and scuffed. Bed firm but nice enough.  -floors were hardwood and appeared to not have been mopped or cleaned with something that didn’t rinse properly, very sticky.  -water in shower did not get hot, actually barely got warm  -door lock was broken -windows had no screens, shower window fell out when we tried to open it, most room windows wouldn’t stay opened  -tv was attached to a Roku (with only Roku remote) and had no main remote to adjust TV settings, tv was on a stretch mode so you couldn’t watch a movie or anything easily. -staff was super friendly
