오오오55The location of the accommodation felt safe, clean, and was great. The interior space was just right, and the bathroom was also good and I was very happy with it. I stayed for quite a while, even through different guests checking into other rooms. It seems you need a bit of luck with your fellow guests though 😅 The first people who stayed were a bit noisy.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.
The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.
Hotel staff are polite and kind.

GGuest UserExquisite business hotel, the room is relatively small, but clean and comfortable. The front desk is very efficient. Although my English communication is not good enough, they understand the guests' needs at once, which saves worry and effort. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The room is small but the room type is very good. The bed is very comfortable.
The equipment is a bit old and there are some sanitary corners, but they are all small problems ～ Overall very good ～

GGuest UserThe hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us.

I had originally booked for several consecutive nights but had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. AAnonymous UserWe stayed with four friends. The hotel is conveniently located downtown with excellent access. As we were on an upper floor, street noise wasn't an issue. We also felt very reassured as some of the staff could speak Japanese. The room itself was quite small, and with four of us, it was challenging to open our suitcases comfortably. One thing to note is that the air conditioning blows directly onto certain sleeping areas, so be mindful of potential dryness and a sore throat.

GGuest UserGreat location, very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the sea view from the high-floor balcony. Just a heads-up for drivers: the hotel parking is on the street behind the hotel, not directly in front on the main street. When navigating, after you pass the hotel's main entrance, take the first right at the traffic light, then another immediate right at the next intersection, and you'll see the parking entrance. After parking, head to the front desk to register your license plate and check in.
