The hotel isn't in a standalone building; it's located within a multi-purpose building that houses other facilities. The room was spacious, allowing for a very comfortable stay. While the access isn't exceptionally convenient, the bus service is excellent, so getting around was never an issue.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

This is our first night stay in Canada and it was amazing! The place sits in a very quiet neighbourhood and the room was very comfortable with a cozy bed. It is so amazingly clean. On top of that, the common area has everything we need from washer, dryer, coffee machine to microwave. It feels just like home! 😊 It is very quiet too, which we like it very much. Although, not much eateries around within walking distance but it was good enough We will definitely come again if we have a chance and also recommend it to our friends By the way, instructions on self check in/out was very clear, so everything is very smooth.

Exquisite business hotel, the room is relatively small, but clean and comfortable. The front desk is very efficient. Although my English communication is not good enough, they understand the guests' needs at once, which saves worry and effort. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

It was very convenient, located just a few minutes' walk from the station in a safe and clean area, and less than a 10-minute walk from the cruise port. The room was clean and stylish, and the bathroom was spacious and easy to use.

The hotel's location is superb. It's easy to go to several interesting spots around and also there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. The room size is quite large. It's very convenient for us to expand our luggages. All of the staff, we met, are super nice, polite, and very helpful. Overall experience we had here is very positive.

I requested good view room and staff helped upgrade me to King room! Though I can’t see much as it’s the 7th floor, but I enjoyed it a lot. Though the street ambient still being to hear, the area is still peaceful and I can sleep soundly. As the bed itself is far from the hallway, so I heard no noise within the hotel. Full amenities including slippers, bottled water and milk. Smart hotel, since the elevator to many equipments in room. For example, the heated floor in the bathroom or the tablet near the bed that you can browse hotels services and set an alarm. One thing I feel a bit strange is the bed size versus the flush toilet size. I am 158 cm tall, and there wasn't much space left between my feet and the end of the bed. Yet, the toilet was so high that I had to tiptoe while sitting. However, overall is great. Staff and services are all great. Convenient to everywhere with safer environment comparing to other areas. I’m very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is in the center of Yaletown, it is convenient to eat anywhere and there is a great location. The staff is super friendly and can respond to any needs immediately. The room is small but the room type is very good. The bed is very comfortable. The equipment is a bit old and there are some sanitary corners, but they are all small problems ～ Overall very good ～

The hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us.

Great location, right next to BC Place Stadium, which was the venue for the Switzerland vs. Algeria World Cup match. We could really feel the incredible energy from the fans outside. I booked this hotel over two months in advance through Trip.com, and it became non-changeable after 24 hours. A week before our trip, I noticed the price had dropped by 40%! (Probably due to the World Cup, the initial price was artificially high). Trip.com customer service tried to mediate, but unfortunately, the hotel refused to adjust the rate. The room was spacious enough, and the service was good. There's a supermarket and plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby. The only downside is that it was too expensive, costing over 3300 RMB for one night.
