There is also ice powder for free in the evening! There are also fitness facilities and billiards tables in the hotel! A very good hotel, everyone can come and experience it! The bed is very comfortable, the room is also very clean and tidy, the lighting is transparent and bright, the breakfast is varied, the noodles are delicious, and it is a newly opened hotel with free breakfast and parking. My stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

The hotel service was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk layout and decorations were beautiful and upscale; my child especially loved the giant globe and robot decorations, haha. The complimentary handy kit with disposable masks, toilet seat covers, earplugs, cotton swabs, and makeup remover wipes was a thoughtful touch, and anything we needed was delivered very quickly. The rooms were spacious and classy, with comfortable and warm lighting. Most importantly, I forgot my wedding gift at a friend's wedding, and the front desk immediately notified me. The hotel bed was soft and comfortable; I slept wonderfully. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Luzhou. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, including parking lot and restaurant. Hygiene: It is clean and bright from the outside to the inside. Environment: On the riverside, high in terrain, quiet and with good views. Service: The lady at the front desk is very professional and polite, and you can feel that she has received professional training. The male staff at the lobby entrance is also very professional and will answer any questions you have. From these two staff members, I can feel that the management team of this hotel is excellent.

Had an amazing experience with this hotel room. It was very high quality, very clean, and very big. I was even able to enjoy a spa in the bathroom. The living room and dining room were very large. The price of the presidential suite was also not bad at all. The staff were very friendly and helped me out whenever I asked. The free breakfast was quite a nice touch. The location was close to all the major sections of the city I wanted to visit Overall, wonderful experience

After carefully selecting and booking this hotel, my actual experience lived up to every expectation. I have to commend the front desk service; the staff were polite and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. They patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the layout was thoughtfully designed. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy and time-saving to get around. Despite its central location, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh, abundant, and offered a great variety. Both the amenities and the service quality were excellent, showing a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. This is definitely a hotel I'd love to visit again.
