Please understand if this review is a bit disorganized, as I am writing it in a hurry on my way back home. (Please note that this was translated using AI, so there might be slight nuances lost in translation.) Despite being in an unfamiliar environment as a foreigner, the service provided by the two front desk staff members was absolutely wonderful. While other hotels in Rizhao were also good, the service here was truly memorable. Both the male and female staff at the front desk greeted me with bright, warm smiles and handled everything with great accuracy and efficiency. Their neat, professional appearance and welcoming smiles make them the perfect ”first face” of this hotel to greet guests. When I was checking out this morning, I was already feeling very anxious about the long journey ahead—calling a taxi to the train station, taking the train to the airport, and finally boarding my flight back to Korea. Of top of that, I was completely exhausted from walking so much throughout my trip. Because of this, it deeply weighs on my mind that I couldn't properly respond to the kindness they showed me during checkout. I was too nervous and tired to even think about reacting properly, and I keep wishing I had expressed my gratitude more. They greeted me with such cheerful voices and bright smiles, but I could only receive it passively. If I plan another trip to Rizhao in the future, I would love to spend my entire stay at this hotel. I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to them once again. I am boarding my flight now. Hope to see you again someday. 谢谢, 欢送礼物

Hello, I was travelling to Rizhao far from Indonesia. So, it’s better to stay in a good hotel. However, this hotel is so much better than i expected, especially traveling with family (I’m with my parents). Not just cozy and clean but the staffs are so kind and very helpful because I can’t speak Chinese. The lady who’s in the front desk even helping me to use the laundry and drying machine! The amenities in this hotel also very complete, the hotel not just gave us a welcome drink but also a plate of apples and preparing a tea set to drink in my room. This hotel is very unique too, they have a little garden that connects with the apartment beside the hotel so the guests can enjoy their times there chilling and chattering (the garden is located at the 4th floor) they also provide laundry machine, complete with drying machines, detergent, iron board, iron and even bag to bring back our clothes!! Overall this hotel is 5/5 ⭐️ I highly recommend for everyone even if you travel alone, couple, friends, family, and business trip! Also thank you for the lady (all staffs too) who helped me to check in and teaching me to use the washing as well as drying machine 😁!

My stay was simply perfect! From the warm and attentive reception at the front desk to the prompt and responsive room service, every single detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The location was also very convenient, making it incredibly easy to get around. I'll definitely make this my top choice for future visits!

The room facilities were new, the double bed was 2 meters wide, and the washbasin, shower room, and toilet were all spacious. However, due to the hotel's recent opening, there was still a slight smell of renovation. The breakfast environment was very nice, and the selection was quite varied. The sea sand noodles were a local specialty and tasted good. Some buildings in the surrounding area are still under construction, and there was some construction noise in the morning. One of the roads leading to the hotel currently has no streetlights, which was a bit inconvenient for us at night. I believe this will improve once the surrounding construction is completed. The front desk service was good, and parking at the hotel was convenient. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

I just graduated from Rizhao this year, and before heading home, I brought my parents here to visit. It got a bit chilly, but the food is still as delicious as ever. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and after living in Rizhao for several years, I finally had the chance to experience it. It truly lives up to its reputation; the service and cleanliness are excellent. The decor is a bit dated, but thankfully, the hygiene inside is still good. Goodbye, Rizhao, hope to see you again soon!

The staff could speak enough English to communicate. The front desk, as well as the cleaning staff, were very friendly. The breakfast was 90% Chinese, which means the only Western option was cereal. The hotel's location to the beach is excellent. The resort is lovely until you reach the beach. This beach was a big disappointment. Extremely dirty with lots of trash that washed up on the beach. I would NOT come again

Very good experience, here is a restaurant on the first floor, very clean, the second floor is the lobby, the hotel gave us a free upgrade to the parent-child suite, the room is large and clean, any problems can be solved immediately, it is also close to the surrounding attractions, driving is very convenient, parking is free, there is also an Olympic Water Park next to it, there is a building with a big torch, you can catch a lot of jellyfish there, the roadside sells them for 15 each, it is better to catch them yourself, I will come again next time, it is a city suitable for catching the sea

It is indeed quite old, and the mattress is very hard. The breakfast is also quite ordinary, just eat enough. During the May Day holiday, all hotels have increased their prices. It costs more than 400 yuan to stay in this place, so just make do. I took a picture of the breakfast of the uncle next door. He was so hungry that I was really stunned. My family of four can't eat as much as he does.

The room facilities were excellent; the air conditioning and shower worked perfectly. The toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, were the same high-quality brands used at the Hilton next door. The bedding was great, the mattress was very comfortable, and there was a large balcony. It's super convenient, only about 100 meters from the snack street.

Hotel location not bad as it's not far from the high speed train, but there are not much other facilities near the hotel. Hotel facilities are not good for this szie and brand name: 1. The shower is very weak 2. The breakfast is very bad with VERY few food I think it's manily because it's not peak season and not many guests. But for this price, i will expect more!
