The hotel is not complete and both grade and comfortable, helping clean and tidy hygiene to show high-end luxury, convenient parking, especially in winter, you can park the underground parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety and eatable. The location of the hotel is very good, convenient to travel, quiet to live. The reception and room attendant service are warm. Thumbs up!

First, the female staff at the front desk were attentive and enthusiastic, helping with reservations and recommending good restaurants nearby (such as the Korean Hot Pot Street), demonstrating their professionalism. Second, the hotel is new; the lobby and interiors are comfortable and clean. This is much better than my previous experiences with similar hotels. It's probably the newest hotel in this small city. The breakfast was also very good, with a sufficient variety and quantity, featuring local flavors and good quality. Adding a coffee machine would make it even more perfect (currently it's coffee grounds with sugar). The hotel isn't in the city center, which is ideal—it's quiet and has a large enough parking lot, suitable for those driving. I would definitely stay here again next time.

酒店位置不錯，梅河口這座小城優美現代的城建風貌盡收眼底～ 房間衞生尚可，浴缸等設施清潔比較用心，但部分傢俱（甚至馬桶圈上）有煙頭灼傷的痕跡，不是很美觀。 服務方面，酒店人員相當熱情負責，好評。此外早餐品質不錯，種類比較豐富。

We communicated in advance and reserved a twin room with a courtyard. We arrived early and normally check-in is at two o'clock. However, seeing that we had a baby with us, they helped us clean up the room and check in in advance. It was so considerate. It really felt like a vacation and the schedule was not tight. It’s so impressive to know the prices in Bukchon based on your own needs! Nothing is expensive! Looking forward to coming back next time it blooms!
