Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame. With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. Ordering drinks from the main bar in the evening was a task and we could be waiting up to 40 mins as only 2-3 staff making drinks.

Very good stay in the whole We have had a pleasant stay at the Great Infinity. The hotel is very well located, the staff is particularly welcome and professional, and we have enjoyed our spacious room with balcony and part view of the sea. The breakfast is complete, with a variety of choices, and the addition massage offered was also very pleasant. Some points are, however, to be improved: we regretted the absence of paintings and socks. The bathroom also deserved some improvements, especially in the waterproof of the shower and the plombing, which had a lot of tart. We also had a concern about remontée d'odeur d'égout, but this was quickly settled by the team, which is appreciable. Despite these details, we maintain a very good overall experience thanks to the reception, location, comfort of the room and the services offered. With some improvements on maintenance and equipment, the experience could be really excellent. Thank you again for the welcome and gentleness.

Hotel is based in quite and peaceful area,to town center is about 10-15min walk, to the beach 20 min .Food in there amazing taste full and price really affordable .Hotel staff helpfull in any matter.We are really happy to guest in there. Big Thank you to the hotel.

This was our 2nd time in Palmera after it was renovated. Had a great few days there, most AMAZING professional and polite staff, we were given access to a superb room, with beautiful sea views and plenty of space. The combination of price, location, staff and hotel quality is simply unbeatable. We are making this or only hotel destination in Hersonissos irrespective of time of year

The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

The hotel was very good, but it was not the room as advertised. I was more dated and was in the middle of the busy while I had asked for a quiet room. The air-conditioning has not been cleaned for centuries, full of dust, yellow of sweetness and is very noisy. It was very nice. The dinner is very good and a lot of choice at both dinner and breakfast buffet. lunch was too late for check-in so I can't raise. Many swimming pools, beautiful beach. The spa is very nice, I booked the scrub massage and the sticks wax. Personnel very friendly, nothing is too stupid. I want to thank George in special for the fine night and good service. Bus stop 24 for car rental company, counted on your left hand from the entrance. Every 20 minutes a bus to Heraklion, or other places. The centre of resonising is 10 minutes walking distance.

Great location, friendly stuff.  Nice pools.  So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.  Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.  They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.  We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.  The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

For the price of our stay it was well worth it!! Food was good and the all inclusive drinks were a big hit! There was entertainment on one of the nights we were there aswell! The pool was standard but a great vibe :) our room had a great view -one of the best in the resort 👌

My husband and I had a good stay but maybe next time we visit we can get a ground floor accommodation as my husband has bad knees kind regards Lena Carr
