The hotel is generally not bad, chic spa zone with 3 types of baths, a jacuzzi pool, attentive staff who help with baggage and at all try to tip. Of the downsides: breakfast was not impressed in terms of taste, the room was very dusty, and if you open the window, the noise from the road is specific. For a couple of days for visiting spa and relaxing the hotel is quite suitable.

Это мой самый любимый отель на Красной поляне, останавливались не в первый раз. В этот раз бронировали два номера. Родители были в восторге. Все пожелания при заезде были удовлетворены. Очень удобное расположение в самом центре поселка. Шикарный номер с видом на отель Марриотт и горы. Очень вкусный завтрак в отеле. На следующий год вернемся снова.

Hotel super, is just next to the rope road, plus there is a transfer every 30 minutes. Parking is free. Rooms are clean, big, clean every day and change towels and towels. Breakfasts 10 out of 10. The hotel has a spa area with baths and swimming pools, massage chairs, children's rooms and entertainment. We all really enjoyed it, we'll come back again!!!

Guest UserI liked everything except the bed. Very soft for us (this is subjective minus, whom on the contrary will seem plus) But the 140cm bed width is objectively small. It is not a full-fledged double bed. I understand that the size of the Classic Standard room simply does not allow to put a big one. That's the problem. There's no problem in everything else. And the location of the apartment and furniture and the trimmings needed for comfortable accommodation are great. The cherry on the cake is the SPA complex. Bani - Russian, Finnish, moghelovaya and Hamam. The pool is 25 meters depth from 1m to 1.5m. Portier and staff are cautious and willing to help always. The spacious parking for cars, the crossroads store in the building and the proximity of the rope road complement the conveniences. We liked it, I hope we will come again.

Even champagne. You could use the pool for 1500 rubles at the Pullman hotel. If you are not picky about little things, I recommend

It was necessary to stop at one, the requirement was convenience and price-quality ratio. Everything is very good. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea, park, church. There was a room with a balcony, a huge balcony overlooking the Armenian temple! The room has everything you need, all hygiene products, kettle, dishes, iron and ironing board. The breakfast has plenty of everything, tasty, varied choice. There is a full set, lunch and dinner. We didn’t have time to go to our own swimming pool and hammam. If you come on vacation, this is a very decent hotel option with everything you need, I recommend it!

Прекрасное расположение, виды с балкона шикарные, горы свежий воздух тишина. Современные номера , хороший бассейн и разнообразные сауны. Но ужасная планировка самооо отеля, приходится преодолевать километры переходов между корпусами, такого ни где не видела, неоьзя просто выйти из своего корпуса во двор, нужно идти по длинным переходам , людям с колясками это непросто , везде двери . Это большой минус.
