"The staff is extremely unfriendly. There's no ramp at the entrance for carrying suitcases. The stairs are quite high, making it extremely inconvenient to carry suitcases in. When checking in, we asked for Wi-Fi access, but received a rude response, saying we'd get it when we checked in. I recommend the hotel managers have a preventative conversation with the staff about how even a refusal can be handled in a way that will leave guests with a good experience. For now, I'll give the service a 2. We didn't even check in after such an unfriendly reception, even though we had a non-refundable reservation. Therefore, the hotel doesn't live up to its stated star rating."

"Stop for 3 days. Location is beautiful: near the station, grocery stores in step-to-step availability. parks and oceanarium. Clean and snowy sheets in the room. The room is cozy. Of the downsides for me: noisy (the window is not very sealed). It was also surprising that instead of a tea spoon a one-time stick. In the evening I wanted to eat yoghurt (on a diet) and I was upset. Otherwise I was very happy. I definitely recommend."

"The most incredible and warm impressions have given us this hotel. We haven't yet managed to close the taxi doors as manager Nicholas was already near us, smiled, welcomed and offered to load the baggage and go to the recession. And here such a warm atmosphere surrounded us everywhere for 6 days staying at the hotel. Any question and request immediately was feedback and solution. What the hotel is focused on is the customer and its need, there is no doubt. Alice and coffee machine room, for us it was the first time, although many times were in hotels with 5 stars. The room is new, modern design, everything tastes, feels the quality of the material. Sound isolation is chic.The room was with a beautiful view on the port, sea and city. We had breakfast and dinner on the Swedish table system. Again, the first hotel where freshly squeezed juices are included in the price of the tariff, not for the dop. fee. The view from the restaurant Saint Marine is also on the sea, beauty. Food is so diverse and present in different restaurant performances: fish, meat, bird, fruit, dessert all fresh, delicious. Here you won't find a food, only lazy. Special thanks to Darjee manager, her attention and care above all praise. On the 16th floor (last floor) there is a swimming pool, spa and gym. The swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea, the water temperature is the most comfortable. I can't forget that the towels in the pool and spa are unlimited and open. And by the way, no one ever asked to leave the hotel review, did not push for a feedback about the hotel. But everywhere in all services and at all stages there was a call as your dinner was passed, as you have a room, spa and ... Personally for me this is a service level indicator. The review should be from the soul, and this will only follow if the customer gets the anticipation from the hotel. As in our case. Of course we will come back and I recommend 100%."
