A wonderful hotel! Deserved 4 stars! Service wonderful, met, placed quickly. And even earlier for a couple of hours, without any extra, for which great thanks. On the day of departure, it was also allowed to leave things in a special room and go quietly for a walk as I left late. The room itself is at all without complaints, bathroom, furniture - everything is in a beautiful state. Bed in general super, I love hard mattresses (not sold), bed linen new, clean. Breakfasts are also excellent, choice is not very big, but basic things (cash, sausages, eggs, garniers are varied, muslies, etc.) are, so you won't stay hungry for sure. For sauna/basin I can't say anything, I didn't get there. Cleaning every day. The only minus - the window was on the track, so the noise from the road was quite heard, even with the closed window. But here as lucky, the more at night it still was quiet. I didn't spoil the rest. And by the way - I had a studio room, with a kitchen area, including a sink and microwave. So at all everything is super! Thank you the huge team of the hotel for the hospitality! I will definitely return if possible!

The only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... At the entrance to the hotel you are met by the reception staff, and that's where it all begins. The level of service and attentiveness to guests immediately tells you what awaits you. From the first minutes of your stay you feel like a special guest, they try to fulfill all your wishes. I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

I liked everything except the bed. Very soft for us (this is subjective minus, whom on the contrary will seem plus) But the 140cm bed width is objectively small. It is not a full-fledged double bed. I understand that the size of the Classic Standard room simply does not allow to put a big one. That's the problem. There's no problem in everything else. And the location of the apartment and furniture and the trimmings needed for comfortable accommodation are great. The cherry on the cake is the SPA complex. Bani - Russian, Finnish, moghelovaya and Hamam. The pool is 25 meters depth from 1m to 1.5m. Portier and staff are cautious and willing to help always. The spacious parking for cars, the crossroads store in the building and the proximity of the rope road complement the conveniences. We liked it, I hope we will come again.

The staff is very unhospitable. There is no pandus for lifting suitcases in the entrance group. The staircase is quite high and the suitcases are extremely uncomfortable. Нам очень понравилось. Номер просторный, бассейн тёплый, хамам и сауна очень хороши. Завтрак разнообразный шведский стол. Приеду ещё и буду рекомендовать друзьям 🥰😘🤩🥰

Отель впечатлил высоким уровнем сервиса: вежливый персонал, чистые номера и вкусные завтраки. Территория ухоженная, с бассейном и детской площадкой. Пляж с шезлонгами, но галечный и рядом с ЖД путями, что не всем удобно. Из минусов — удалённость от центра и высокие цены в ресторане.

Плюсы: Приветливый администратор. Чисто, тепло (включают кондиционер на обогрев). Окна открываются . Дали номер на первом этаже и не пришлось тащить чемоданы. Можно постирать вещи за 450 рублей. Есть подогреваемый бассейн на улице . Есть баня за доп плату. В номере холодильник, мини бар, тапки. Можно оставить чемоданы на хранение бесплатно. Минусы: за ребенка в сутки берут + 1000 р. Моя мама сказала , что пыльно , но я не почувствовала.
