The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit the White House – the entrance queue is just across the street. Beyond the great location, there's not much else to rave about. 😂 The staff were incredibly cold; not a single smile, and even the room service operator had an icy tone. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. The facilities are outdated; the hairdryer looked like it was from the last century, and the shower only had a fixed overhead head, which was really inconvenient for bathing a child. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, and the curtains didn't close properly, letting light in – overall, I didn't get a good night's sleep. Another baffling design flaw was how far the power outlets were from the countertops, making them extremely inconvenient to use.

The hotel is a former bank and we stayed there for two nights. The dinner in the cafe on the first floor was delicious and the waiters were also very nice. The hotel is very close to the White House and you can stroll there.

The hotel was so-so, a bit old. I don't remember much about it, I didn't even take many photos. The parking fee was extremely expensive. That's typical of hotels in the US. However, this hotel charged for half a day or a full day's parking each time you went out.

The service is average. The shower items are not updated in time. It is very close to the Tidal Basin. It is the best choice for viewing cherry blossoms. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the hotel. You can see the Jefferson Memorial in the room

This stay was a complicated experience. The hotel is popular, but the service response is really not up to par. There is a long queue for check-in and check-out. The room request cannot be processed in time, which makes people anxious. The lighting design of the room is unreasonable. There are only floor lamps and table lamps, which are dim at night. And there is no drinking water, which is too inconvenient. However, the sanitation is very clean, which is worthy of recognition. The sound insulation is poor. If there is any movement outside, it can be heard clearly in the room, making it difficult to sleep well. In addition, the decoration is old and the corridor is gloomy, which makes me feel creepy when walking at night. It is affordable and has a five-star brand. If the budget is limited, it can be used. But the hardware and service are in urgent need of upgrading, otherwise it is difficult to retain guests. I hope it can be improved.

The room is very good, the furniture and bedding are very new and clean, and it is tidy every day without tipping. In the end, we realized that when we gave a tip (it was the last day), we also gave each of my family of four bathrobes, disposable fur mops, and snacks. The common room I booked was automatically upgraded to a sea view twin room! The service at the front desk is also very thoughtful. You can answer any questions about bottled water for free. You can ask him how many bottles he wants, and you can drink lemonade and orange juice in the lobby. There is no time to swim in the heated swimming pool. The underground parking lot costs 10 knives an hour and 75 knives overnight. Wharf has a good environment for shopping and eating, and the sea breeze is comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The hardware of the hotel is great, from the lobby to the indoor facilities, it is in line with the grade of St. Regis. But the service is really disappointing. It took more than 30 minutes to ask for a pair of slippers, and I waited for an hour and a half for a toothbrush, but it still didn't come. I called to ask, and the reply was: I forgot! I checked out on the third day and told the person in charge about such bad service. This person said sorry, but he was actually very arrogant and didn't apologize sincerely. No one helped with the luggage when I left the hotel. The guy at the door didn't leave at all. Well, I saved the money for a cup of coffee. DC St. Regis, no chance next time!

Come to DC to live in Park Hyatt for 3 days. The area where you are located should be good. If you take a taxi, you can't go anywhere, but if you take the subway, there is still a distance from the subway station. The doorman is more welcoming. The only drawback is that the three nights of staying in the hotel did not change the toiletries once.

The room is super nice and the staff is so welcoming and got my husband and me upgraded to a room with a balcony which has the best view ever in town. The hotel has everything, gym room, swimming pool, restaurant, you name it. Everything is perfect!!! Highly recommended!!!
