Nice location, good service. Just wish the breakfast was better. Selection was sub par and basically only sweet offerings. No cheese, no ham no veggies…

Solid hotel choice. Good rooms and everything was nice and calm. Perfect staff.
A bit far from the nearest metro station, though. And the breakfast was a bit meh.
Book if you don't go back and forth a lot.

Quiet room with very comfortable bed. Room temperature adjustable.
Slightly unusual curved design of shower door didn't really keep water away from the rest of the bathroom floor - though not really a problem.
Good breakfast, with a wide choice of food & drink in a relaxed setting.
Friendly staff.
Area around the hotel is nice, and only a 15 minute walk to Hornstull underground station.
I would be happy to stay at the Zinkensdamm again.

The hotel is located right next to a park, so good for taking a walk. It's a little inconvenient for access to the metro.

Vi var litt uheldige, da heisen var ute av drift akkurat da vi var der, etter et strømbrudd. Ellers hadde vi et utmerket opphold. Hotellet hadde akkurat den standarden vi ønsket, og mattilbud og service var meget bra. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Brilliant location next to a beautiful big park but still just a short walk from shopping and bars/restaurants. The hotel felt homely and welcoming and the staff were very friendly

The restaurant and bar downstairs were great. Breakfast had tons of options. Automatic doors helped a lot when trying to transfer luggage around. Hotel in nice safe area. Staff very pleasant. Room very small, bathroom the size of a postage stamp with shower floor sharing floor with rest of bathroom so after a shower total bathroom floor flooded. Parking garage full so had to park WAY down the street approximately 30 car lengths away. Tried to pay for the street parking and the one meter wouldn’t work so had to hope for no ticket or tow all night. Overall cool little place but wouldn’t stay for more than one night.

Serviceminded personal både i reception och i matsalen. Väldigt bra frukost. Rummet var okej, inte mer än så. Ruffig känsla i korridorer och rum.Toaletten var oerhört trång med ovanligt låg toalettstol, inte alls bra ergonomiskt.
