Terrible service... Just a big joke..! Seemed like they expexted me to wait for 2 hours by the door to Get an entrance code… endes up having to book another place, to not sit on the pavement for ages, and they offered no refund or any regret..

Checking in and out was very easy. The location was good for me. Tiny room (without its own bathroom) and no external window.

Stayed at Deluxe Double Room
Pros:
- Good value for money
- Good enough for a couple of nights
- Very nice to have the coffee maker in the room
- Separate Toilet Cabinet
- Mini-fridge in the room
- Self Check in / Check Out
Cons:
Light bulb missing (but as we stayed only for one night, it was ok (hopefully they have installed a new one)
-Toilet Cabinet is quite small.
- Mini-fridge made some loud noises during the night (I think)

Everything would have been great if it had only been warm in the room. There was no element or anything else to regulate the heat with. Slept with clothes on and of course the blanket, but took a shower towel as well. Left the room early to warm up at a cafe nearby.

Tiny bathroom! Bed mattress comparable to a military cot. Without air conditioning… and I guarantee you that summer in Stockholm is no longer what it used to be! 28 degrees, felt 32! In the room only a malfunctioning fan! Absurd! Poor quality carpet on the floor, very dusty, almost enough to send an allergic person into anaphylactic shock!!! With the same price in Oslo we were like a king! The subway is far away, and the bus stops too! Terrible!!!
