Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was not good at all. Even at check-out, the staff did not respond to phone calls. When we first entered the room, there were no towels provided, even though they should have been ready. We had to keep asking repeatedly and even went outside several times before we finally received them.
The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell whenever we used the water, which made it uncomfortable. Breakfast was below average with limited options, and when we tried lunch at the hotel, it was terrible. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations, and we would not recommend this hotel.

Our bathroom flooded multiple times. First room smelled terrible, moved to the next room which flooded. Asked to speak to the manager about it. We were there for three days and never heard from them. They never responded and clearly didn’t care. Front desk was unhelpful and had bad attitude. Vehicles cannot access the hotel as there are only small alley ways surrounding the hotel. Be prepared to walk a long distance with your bags. I would not stay here again.
