Place was nice but I didn't utilize any of your facilities during my stay. Next time that I am in town, I will stay somewhere less expensive with less facilities.

We had a suite that was extremely comfortable. From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely friendly and we happened to be there on a night that they offered a free dinner. WOW It was greatly appreciated!!

My room was very clean, my only issue was the coffee pot. It might have been me, but I just couldn't convince it to brew a cup. The staff were very helpful and polite. A member of the housekeeping staff let me in to my room, after she verified I was the guest, as my key card did not work, at first.

The pool not working and it was a big disappoin**ent for kids. It seems they try to lure people to the hotel and then just simply say "I'm sorry the pool not working"

Definitely the place to stay when you're in Sturgeon Falls.
