入住的時候，想住高一些，前台説好的。結果給的最低樓層，想想也算了不是什麼大事。到房間門口，房卡又刷不出來，重新跑下去一趟重新給的房卡。入住一小時後，房間裏有一衹很大的黑色飛蟲在飛來飛去，我的天，我真的是太無語了。接着，買的4小時鐘點房，結果兩個半小時就接二連三打電話到房間催，説到時間了。本來沒注意，後來一想時間不對，跟前台核對，前台還説就是到時間了，讓前台核對入住時間，結果又説住宿不能超過24點，那你辦理入住的時候不説的？我真是醉了。。。總之體驗太差了。。。

出差第一次住維也納，想著是連鎖品牌，總體品質會有一定的保證。結果一到房間躺下來，床頭櫃上面的紙巾盒正面對著我，如圖，真的惡心到我了。然後去衛生間，穿著一次性拖鞋，差點滑倒…………還有早上吃早餐的時候，居然沒有咖啡，不是我要求高，同等級別的對標漢庭也好，或者全季也好，早餐都比維也納好，咖啡沒有沒關係，牛奶一喝就是兌了水的，整個水和奶味的結合。早餐自助拿菜的時候，三個阿姨聚在一起，就在取餐區低頭討論誰的鞋子還是衣服的袖子好看什麼的………下次不會再選擇維也納這個品牌了，挺失望的，第一次，也是最後一次。希望僅僅是這家店如此而已吧，酒店運營管理負責人改善總結下吧好好反思下吧，這體驗確實不太好
