環境衞生還可以吧！廁所智能馬桶感覺不太智能，水亂噴.並且廁所嚴重反味 這點最讓人受不了. 晚上管服務員要喝的水 告訴我每天就給兩瓶！再要需要花錢買.我就想知道，我開的家庭房 至少三個人入住吧！為什麼給兩瓶水！早上退房本想在前台買水，居然沒有常温水，外面零下-20度左右居然沒有常温的！算了，價位在那擺着呢，別去計較了！

出差或者親子出門的朋友們真的不建議訂他家了，首先房間隔音真的不好，我訂的是兩間家庭房分別在兩個樓層的尾房，和布草間員工休息室在對面，我住的這一天堪稱人間大熔爐，賓館可能迎來了體育生考試還是比賽呀，我居住的兩層樓全部都是體育生，小孩子都開着門十分吵鬧，一直到晚上十二點多都一直有人在吵鬧聊天，房間十分不隔音。其次走廊裏瀰漫著七八十年代綠皮火車上的味道（濃郁的臭腳丫味），酒店根本沒有人開窗通風或者噴清新劑，早上五點多鐘保潔阿姨可能是換班還是怎麼樣，兩個人在休息室聊了一個多小時，一點多才睡的我五點多又被吵醒，真的身心俱疲。還有一點酒店衞生間反味嚴重，我身高169，穿着皮鞋洗漱手盆高度正好，穿拖鞋就有點不夠高了，聯繫160以下的人不建議去他家住了。衞生間馬桶也是一言難盡，你剛剛坐下它就開始噴水，不是沖水是沖你噴水，真的無語死了，一晚上整個不敢坐下上廁所衹能懸空半蹲，淋浴房就更不用説了，就是個擺設，根本沒有熱水，晚上沒有熱水我想可能是我回來晚了，九點多沒有熱水了，可是早上6點到10點真的一點熱水也沒有，後來實在沒有辦法，衹能起來趕去洗浴中心了，綏化這一晚，一言難盡！

價格不貴，設施齊全，對面是萬達
缺點是隔音很差，有人在走廊説話聽的真真的，窗户也不隔音，早上商場門口搞活動，十分吵
附近吃的還挺多的，早上吃了酸菜湯，很好吃

房間乾淨，前台服務很好，保潔阿姨非常盡職。酒店在萬達廣場對面，逛街很方便，酒店門口有足夠的停車位，是自駕旅行者的福音，周邊飯店跟多，各種特色美食任你選，5分好評。

真不知道4.8評價是怎麼來的，酒店外表很大，室內簡單、設施太差，衞生間很窄小、有異味，紙巾一點點，不夠用。樓層15層高，居然有幾個蚊子。第二天吃的飽飽的趴在牆上，洗衣房沒有烘乾機。還有健身房？早餐都是冰涼的。喝了牛奶肚子就不舒服。要收200按金，必須現金，信用卡授權不行。加水要收費！
