The landlord is enthusiastic and responsive. The parking spaces in the community are quite tight. There is only one elevator in the underground, and the waiting is very slow. It is best to have three from the first floor. This room is the second row of the first phase. I tested it personally. It is a 5-minute drive to the beach and an 8-minute walk. The price is not cheap during the peak season, you can cook, it's worth the money, I will definitely come again.
