Great staff, friendly and attentive. Location was good, near to many eateries n next to departmental store. Free parking was convenient
Room was spacious but need some repair on paintwork and linen need to be replaced.
In-room set breakfast was awesome and delicious. Quick check out. Overall happy

Found cockroaches in the room, used tissue hnder the bed, and smelly room when first entered the room. The toilet also has bad smell.
Only one sandal provided per room. The room service entered the room without knocking!

They must focus on cleanliness of the Hotels, because for me it's too dirty. You can found so many (*sorry) cockroaches in every side of the room, the bathroom is really dirty and so many broken facilities. It's recommended for you that just one to stay for a single night, and not recommended if you want to booking this hotel for long day.

The place is strategist, but the one things that they need to be focused is "CLEANLINESS" the Bathroom really dirty, the bed very smelly, and there is so many cockroach everywhere.
