Very disappointing for a Premier Inn - for which I have normally much time. I stayed two nights here. Firstly there was no parking. At a hotel in the city?! What the hell? Then I slept over and when I left in the morning I placed the request to clean the room on the door handle. Why should I actually have to ask for this?! But I did. Nevertheless I came back tonight the room was as it was left earlier. Trash wasn’t cleaned. Bed wasn’t made. Dirty bathroom wasn’t sorted. So much for the hanger on the door to request a clean up. Why should I be paying to stay in a hotel where they don’t even neaten the room at all. I won’t ever stay here again. And I’ll have another think before trying Premier Inn again. Great own goal. Disgusting arrogance.

Overall we really rate Premier Inn,and it meets all our needs. However, the heat in the rooms can be overpowering and a good nights sleep impossible There are no windows which can be opened, and their 'constant supply of fresh air circulating in the room' system isnt enough unfortunately Heating is set to min 19° ,far to hot at night.Turning it off doesnt stop the room being far to hot.Fan just pushes warm air around the room.May have to stay elsewhere, which is a shame as we like Premier Inn apart from this

Had a lovely weekend away for our wedding anniversary last week, we were made to feel very welcome by all of the staff, the room was immaculate, a wonderful breakfast set us up for the day ahead thanks to Lee, Paul the manager was more than helpful and told us all about where to visit, he made us feel very at home and nothing was too much trouble, we had never visited the area before we were unsure where to go, so thankyou for making our weekend a very memorable one, keep up the fantastic work and we will definitely be back again to see you all next year.

One of a life's rubbish hotel. After staying. Over a few times the fire alarm Goes of for people smoking . Or as fireman said the shower 5 times in total. Then waiting a hour for dinner which did not get. When telling reception she just said manager enjoying his weekend. Never mind mine staying to relax .no chance Bar full of staff drunk. Not sure anybody realises it's there job to make it a good stay Only cleaners are good at job it's appalling place. Should be negative but for cleaners who seem cheerful Not good as travled from London

Karen and Helen were so so friendly and looked after us brilliantly. They made sure we ended up with a spare bed in our room as well. The breakfast was yummy and dinner was as well. I recommend the burger. It set us up well for our days at the beaches around here

When we arrived late to our hotel room there wasn’t enough beds made up for our family of 4 which I booked in advance. After speaking with the receptionist he got us some bedding however we had to make up the kids beds ourselves which was disappointing after a long journey. It wasn’t the young man’s fault he was so embarrassed and so managed to sort free breakfast in the morning for us all which was very nice. Thank you

Although we didn't stay at this hotel we did have family staying as they had come to visit us over the easter holidays. We drank and ate in the hotel with them (both nights) and the food was lovely, a big shout out to Ryan and Helen who made our weekend great they were very attentive, chatted with us and even gave the kids easter eggs. Both Ryan and Helen are such a credit to the company.
